Sizi tek bir nefisten (\u00c2dem\u2019den) yaratan, ondan da e\u015fini (Havv\u00e2\u2019y\u0131) yaratarak (yery\u00fcz\u00fcne) ikisinden bir\u00e7ok ric\u00e2l (erkekler) ve nis\u00e2 (kad\u0131nlar) yayan Rabbinizden sak\u0131n\u0131n! O\u2019nun hakk\u0131na birbirinizden isteklerde bulunuyor oldu\u011funuz Allah\u2019dan ve akrab\u00e2l\u0131k ba\u011flar\u0131n(\u0131 koparmak)tan sak\u0131n\u0131n! \u015e\u00fcbhesiz ki Allah, sizin \u00fczerinizde tam bir g\u00f6zeticidir.<\/p>\n<p>2. Hem yetimlere mallar\u0131n\u0131 verin ve temizi pis olana (hel\u00e2li har\u00e2ma) de\u011fi\u015fmeyin; onlar\u0131n mallar\u0131n\u0131 mallar\u0131n\u0131za (katarak) yemeyin! \u00c7\u00fcnki bu b\u00fcy\u00fck bir g\u00fcnaht\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>3. E\u011fer yetim olan (k\u0131z)lar hakk\u0131nda (kendileriyle evlendi\u011finiz takdirde) ad\u00e2letli olamayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131zdan korkarsan\u0131z, o h\u00e2lde size hel\u00e2l olan (ba\u015fka) kad\u0131nlardan iki(nci), \u00fc\u00e7(\u00fcnc\u00fc) ve (en \u00e7ok) d\u00f6rd(\u00fcnc\u00fc han\u0131m\u0131n\u0131z) olmak \u00fczere nik\u00e2hlay\u0131n!<br \/>\nGaylan (ra) M\u00fcsl\u00fcman oldu\u011funda, nik\u00e2h\u0131 alt\u0131nda on t\u00e2ne han\u0131m\u0131 vard\u0131. Kaz\u00e2-y\u0131 \u015fehvet lezzeti ise, o vaz\u00eefeyi g\u00f6rd\u00fcrmek i\u00e7in rahmet taraf\u0131ndan verilmi\u015f bir \u00fccret-i c\u00fcz\u2019iyedir (k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck bir \u00fccrettir). M\u00e2dem hikmeten, hak\u012bkaten, izdivac nesil i\u00e7indir, nev\u2018in bek\u0101s\u0131 (neslin dev\u00e2m\u0131) i\u00e7indir. Elbette, bir senede yaln\u0131z bir def\u2018a tevell\u00fcde k\u0101bil ve ay\u0131n yaln\u0131z yar\u0131s\u0131nda k\u0101bil-i telakkuh olan ve elli senede ye\u2019se d\u00fc\u015fen bir kad\u0131n, ekser vakitte t\u00e2 y\u00fcz seneye kadar k\u0101bil-i telk\u012bh bir erke\u011fe k\u00e2f\u00ee gelmedi\u011finden, medeniyet pek \u00e7ok f\u00e2hi\u015feh\u00e2neleri kab\u00fbl etmeye mecburdur.\u201d (Z\u00fclfik\u0101r, 25. S\u00f6z, 38-39)<\/p>\n<p>4. Kad\u0131nlara mehirlerini g\u00f6n\u00fcl r\u0131z\u00e2s\u0131 ile verin! Fakat size ondan biraz\u0131n\u0131 kendi g\u00f6nl\u00fcyle ba\u011f\u0131\u015flarlarsa, art\u0131k onu \u00e2fiyetle, rahat\u00e7a yiyin!<\/p>\n<p>5. Hem (ey vel\u00eeler!) Allah\u2019\u0131n sizin i\u00e7in ayakta durabilme (ves\u00eelesi, ge\u00e7im kayna\u011f\u0131) k\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 mallar\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 (vel\u00eesi bulundu\u011funuz kimselerin mallar\u0131n\u0131) sefihlere (yerli yerinde kullanamayanlara) vermeyin; fakat kendilerine onlardan (o mallardan) yedirin, onlar\u0131 giydirin ve onlara g\u00fczel s\u00f6z s\u00f6yleyin!<\/p>\n<p>6. Art\u0131k yetimleri, evlilik \u00e7a\u011f\u0131na gelinceye kadar (g\u00f6zetip) deneyin! Nih\u00e2yet onlarda r\u00fc\u015fd\u00fcne ermi\u015f bir h\u00e2l g\u00f6r\u00fcrseniz, o takdirde mallar\u0131n\u0131 kendilerine tesl\u00eem edin! Ve b\u00fcy\u00fcyecekler (de mallar\u0131n\u0131 elimizden alacaklar) diye israfla ve acele ile onlar\u0131 yemeyin! (Yet\u00eemin mal\u0131n\u0131 id\u00e2re eden, fakat) zengin olan kimse ise, b\u00f6ylece (onun mal\u0131n\u0131 yemekten) ka\u00e7\u0131ns\u0131n! (O vel\u00eelerden) fakir olan kimse ise art\u0131k (ihtiya\u00e7 ve eme\u011fi nisbetinde) \u00f6rfe uygun mikdarda yesin! Sonunda onlara mallar\u0131n\u0131 tesl\u00eem etti\u011finiz zaman da onlara kar\u015f\u0131 \u015f\u00e2hid bulundurun! Hesab g\u00f6r\u00fcc\u00fc olarak ise, Allah yeter!<\/p>\n<p>7. Ana-baban\u0131n ve akrab\u00e2lar\u0131n b\u0131rakt\u0131klar\u0131ndan, erkekler i\u00e7in bir pay vard\u0131r; Ana-baban\u0131n ve akrab\u00e2lar\u0131n b\u0131rakt\u0131klar\u0131ndan kad\u0131nlar i\u00e7in de, ondan (o b\u0131rak\u0131landan) az olsun \u00e7ok olsun farz k\u0131l\u0131nm\u0131\u015f bir nasib olarak bir pay vard\u0131r!<\/p>\n<p>8. M\u00eeras taks\u00eem olunurken (v\u00e2ris olmayan) akrab\u00e2lar, yetimler ve yoksullar da haz\u0131r bulunursa, bundan onlar\u0131 da r\u0131z\u0131kland\u0131r\u0131n ve onlara g\u00fczel s\u00f6z s\u00f6yleyin!<\/p>\n<p>9. Hem (yetimler hakk\u0131nda) korksun o kimseler ki, e\u011fer kendileri arkalar\u0131nda g\u00fc\u00e7s\u00fcz (ve k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck) evl\u00e2dlar b\u0131rakacak olsalard\u0131, onlar hakk\u0131nda endi\u015fe edeceklerdi. \u00d6yle ise (di\u011fer yetimler hakk\u0131nda da) Allah\u2019dan sak\u0131ns\u0131nlar ve do\u011fru s\u00f6z s\u00f6ylesinler!<\/p>\n<p>10. \u015e\u00fcbhesiz ki haks\u0131z olarak yetimlerin mallar\u0131n\u0131 yiyenler, kar\u0131nlar\u0131na ancak bir ate\u015f yemi\u015f olurlar! Ve (onlar,) yak\u0131nda \u00e7\u0131lg\u0131n alevli bir ate\u015fe gireceklerdir!<\/p>\n<p>11. Allah size \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n\u0131z hakk\u0131nda, erke\u011fe iki kad\u0131n pay\u0131 kadar (m\u00eeras vermenizi) emreder!2 Art\u0131k (\u00e7ocuklar) ikiden fazla k\u0131z iseler, o h\u00e2lde (\u00f6lenin) b\u0131rakt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n \u00fc\u00e7te ikisi onlar\u0131nd\u0131r. Ama (o v\u00e2ris) bir tek k\u0131z ise, bu durumda (m\u00eer\u00e2s\u0131n) yar\u0131s\u0131 onundur. Bununla ber\u00e2ber (\u00f6lenin) \u00e7ocu\u011fu varsa, ana-babas\u0131 i\u00e7in, (o) ikisinden her birine, b\u0131rakt\u0131\u011f\u0131 (m\u00eer\u00e2s\u0131)ndan alt\u0131da bir d\u00fc\u015fer. Fakat \u00e7ocu\u011fu yok da (s\u00e2dece) ana-babas\u0131 ona v\u00e2ris olursa, art\u0131k annesine \u00fc\u00e7te bir d\u00fc\u015fer (kalan babas\u0131n\u0131nd\u0131r). Fakat karde\u015fleri varsa, o takdirde etti\u011fi vasiyetten veya bor\u00e7tan sonra annesine alt\u0131da bir d\u00fc\u015fer.<br \/>\n\u201c \u0641\u064e\u0644\u0650\u0644\u0630\u0651\u064e\u0643\u064e\u0631\u0650 \u0645\u0650\u062b\u0652\u0644\u064f \u062d\u064e\u0638\u0651\u0650 \u0627\u0644\u0652\u0627\u064f\u0646\u0652\u062b\u064e\u064a\u0652\u0646\u0650[Erke\u011fe iki kad\u0131n hissesi vard\u0131r] olan h\u00fckm-i Kur\u2019\u00e2n\u00ee (Kur\u2019\u00e2n\u2019\u0131n h\u00fckm\u00fc) mahz-\u0131 ad\u00e2let (tam ad\u00e2let) oldu\u011fu gibi ayn-\u0131 merhamettir. Evet, ad\u00e2lettir. \u00c7\u00fcnki, ekseriyet-i mutlaka i\u2018tib\u00e2riyle (\u00e7o\u011funlukla) bir erkek bir kad\u0131n al\u0131r. Nafakas\u0131n\u0131 taahh\u00fcd eder (\u00fcstlenir). Bir kad\u0131n ise bir kocaya gider, nafakas\u0131n\u0131 ona y\u00fckler. Irsiyetteki (m\u00eerastaki) noksan\u0131n\u0131 tel\u00e2f\u00ee eder. Hem merhamettir. \u00c7\u00fcnki o za\u00eefe k\u0131z, pederinden \u015fefkate ve karde\u015finden merhamete \u00e7ok muhta\u00e7t\u0131r. H\u00fckm-i Kur\u2019\u00e2n\u2019a g\u00f6re o k\u0131z, pederinden endi\u015fesiz bir \u015fefkat g\u00f6r\u00fcr. Pederi ona: \u2018Benim servetimin yar\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 ellerin ve yab\u00e2n\u00eelerin ellerine ge\u00e7mesine sebeb olacak zararl\u0131 bir \u00e7ocuk\u2019 nazar\u0131yla endi\u015fe edip bakmaz. (&#8230;) \u015eu h\u00e2lde o f\u0131traten (yarat\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u00e7a) n\u00e2zik, n\u00e2zenin ve h\u0131lkaten za\u00eefe ve nah\u00eefe k\u0131z, s\u00fbreten (g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fc\u015fte) az bir \u015fey kaybeder; fakat ona bedel ak\u0101ribin (yak\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131n) \u015fefkatinden, merhametinden t\u00fckenmez bir servet kazan\u0131r.\u201d (Mekt\u00fbb\u00e2t, 11. Mekt\u00fbb, 29)<br \/>\n\u201cMim\u2019siz medeniyet, nas\u0131l k\u0131z hakk\u0131nda, hakk\u0131ndan fazla hak verdi\u011finden b\u00f6yle bir haks\u0131zl\u0131\u011fa sebeb oluyor; \u00f6yle de, v\u00e2lide hakk\u0131nda, hakk\u0131n\u0131 kesmekle, daha deh\u015fetli haks\u0131zl\u0131k ediyor. Evet, rahmet-i Rabb\u00e2niyenin en h\u00fcrmetli, en hal\u00e2vetli (tatl\u0131), en lat\u00eef (ho\u015f) ve en \u015firin bir cilvesi olan \u015fefkat-i v\u00e2lide, hak\u0101ik-\u0131 k\u00e2in\u00e2t (k\u00e2in\u00e2t\u0131n hak\u012bkatleri) i\u00e7inde en muhterem, en m\u00fckerrem bir hak\u012bkattir. (&#8230;) \u0130\u015fte b\u00f6yle muhterem ve muazzez bir hak\u012bkati ta\u015f\u0131yan bir v\u00e2lideyi, veledinin mal\u0131ndan mahr\u00fbm etmek, o muhterem hak\u012bkate kar\u015f\u0131 ne kadar deh\u015fetli bir haks\u0131zl\u0131k, ne derece vah\u015fetli bir h\u00fcrmetsizlik, ne mertebe cin\u00e2yetli bir hak\u0101ret ve ar\u015f-\u0131 rahmeti titreten bir k\u00fcfr\u00e2n-\u0131 ni\u2018met (nank\u00f6rl\u00fck) ve hay\u00e2t-\u0131 ictim\u00e2iye-i be\u015feriyenin g\u0101yet parlak ve n\u00e2fi\u2018 bir tiry\u00e2k\u0131na (faydal\u0131 bir il\u00e2c\u0131na) bir zehir katmak oldu\u011funu, ins\u00e2niyet-perverlik (insan sevgisi) iddi\u00e2 eden insan canavarlar\u0131 anlamazlarsa, elbette hak\u012bk\u012b insanlar anlar.\u201d (Mekt\u00fbb\u00e2t, 11. Mekt\u00fbb, 29-30)<\/p>\n<p>12. Hem e\u011fer \u00e7ocuklar\u0131 yoksa, zevcelerinizin b\u0131rakt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n yar\u0131s\u0131 sizindir. Fakat \u00e7ocuklar\u0131 varsa, yapacaklar\u0131 vasiyetten veya bor\u00e7tan sonra, art\u0131k b\u0131rakt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n d\u00f6rtte biri sizindir. Bununla birlikte e\u011fer (sizin) \u00e7ocu\u011funuz yoksa, b\u0131rakt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z\u0131n d\u00f6rtte biri onlar\u0131n (han\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131z\u0131n)d\u0131r. Fakat \u00e7ocu\u011funuz varsa, bu durumda yapaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131z vasiyetten veya bor\u00e7tan sonra b\u0131rakt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z\u0131n sekizde biri onlar\u0131nd\u0131r. Buna ra\u011fmen e\u011fer bir erkek veya bir kad\u0131na, (kendi) evl\u00e2d\u0131 ve babas\u0131 olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 h\u00e2lde (yak\u0131n akrab\u00e2s\u0131 olarak) v\u00e2ris olunur da (ayn\u0131 anneden) bir erkek karde\u015fi veya bir k\u0131z karde\u015fi bulunursa, o takdirde onlardan her birine alt\u0131da bir d\u00fc\u015fer. Fakat bundan daha \u00e7ok iseler, o h\u00e2lde (v\u00e2rise) zarar verici olmadan edilen vasiyetten veya bor\u00e7tan sonra, onlar \u00fc\u00e7te birde ortakt\u0131rlar. (B\u00fct\u00fcn bu m\u00eeras taksim us\u00fbl\u00fc) Allah\u2019dan birer emirdir! Allah ise, Al\u00eem (hakk\u0131yla bilen)dir, Hal\u00eem (azabda hi\u00e7 acele etmeyen)dir.<\/p>\n<p>13. Bunlar Allah\u2019\u0131n hud\u00fbdudur. Art\u0131k kim Allah\u2019a ve Res\u00fbl\u00fcne it\u00e2at ederse, (Allah) onu altlar\u0131ndan nehirler akan Cennetlere koyar; orada ebed\u00ee olarak kal\u0131c\u0131d\u0131rlar. Ve i\u015fte b\u00fcy\u00fck kurtulu\u015f budur!<br \/>\n\u201cEvet hi\u00e7 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn m\u00fcd\u00fcr ki, insan umum mevc\u00fbd\u00e2t (varl\u0131klar) i\u00e7inde ehemmiyetli bir vaz\u00eefesi, ehemmiyetli bir isti\u2018d\u00e2d\u0131 (k\u0101biliyeti) olsun da, insan\u0131n Rabbi de insana bu kadar muntazam masn\u00fb\u00e2t\u0131yla (eserleriyle) kendini tan\u0131tt\u0131rsa; muk\u0101bilinde (kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda) insan \u00eem\u00e2n ile onu tan\u0131mazsa, hem bu kadar rahmetin s\u00fcsl\u00fc meyveleriyle kendini sevdirse; muk\u0101bilinde insan ib\u00e2detle kendini O\u2019na sevdirmese, hem bu kadar bu t\u00fcrl\u00fc ni\u2018metleriyle muhabbet (sevgi) ve rahmetini ona g\u00f6sterse; muk\u0101bilinde insan \u015f\u00fck\u00fcr ve hamdle O\u2019na h\u00fcrmet etmese, cez\u00e2s\u0131z kals\u0131n, ba\u015f\u0131bo\u015f b\u0131rak\u0131ls\u0131n, o izzet, gayret s\u00e2hibi Z\u00e2t-\u0131 z\u00fc\u2019l-Cel\u00e2l bir d\u00e2r-\u0131 m\u00fcc\u00e2z\u00e2t (cez\u00e2 yeri) haz\u0131rlamas\u0131n?<br \/>\nHem hi\u00e7 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn m\u00fcd\u00fcr ki: O Rahm\u00e2n-\u0131 Rah\u00eem\u2019in kendini tan\u0131tt\u0131rmas\u0131na muk\u0101bil, \u00eem\u00e2n ile tan\u0131makla ve sevdirmesine muk\u0101bil, ib\u00e2detle sevmek ve sevdirmekle ve rahmetine muk\u0101bil, \u015f\u00fck\u00fcr ile h\u00fcrmet etmekle muk\u0101bele eden (kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k veren) m\u00fc\u2019minlere bir d\u00e2r-\u0131 m\u00fck\u00e2f\u00e2t\u0131 (m\u00fck\u00e2f\u00e2t yeri), bir sa\u00e2det-i ebediyeyi (Cenneti) vermesin?\u201d (Z\u00fclfik\u0101r, 10. Kim de Allah\u2019a ve Res\u00fbl\u00fcne isy\u00e2n eder ve O\u2019nun hud\u00fbdunu a\u015farsa, (Allah) onu i\u00e7inde ebed\u00ee olarak kal\u0131c\u0131 oldu\u011fu bir ate\u015fe koyar ve onun i\u00e7in a\u015fa\u011f\u0131lay\u0131c\u0131 bir azab vard\u0131r!<br \/>\n\u201c\u2018Kur\u2019\u00e2n\u2019da sar\u00eehan ve z\u0131mnen (a\u00e7\u0131k ve gizli olarak) ve i\u015f\u00e2reten (i\u015f\u00e2retle), \u00e2hiret ve tevh\u00eedi ve be\u015ferin m\u00fck\u00e2f\u00e2t ve m\u00fcc\u00e2z\u00e2t\u0131n\u0131 (cez\u00e2s\u0131n\u0131) binler def\u2018a isb\u00e2t edip nazara vermenin ve her s\u00fbrede, her sah\u00eefede, her makamda ders vermenin hikmeti nedir?\u2019<br \/>\nEl-cevab: D\u00e2ire-i imk\u00e2nda (varl\u0131klar \u00e2leminde) ve k\u00e2in\u00e2t\u0131n serg\u00fcze\u015ftine (ba\u015f\u0131ndan ge\u00e7en h\u00e2diselere) \u00e2id ink\u0131l\u00e2blarda (de\u011fi\u015fikliklerde) ve em\u00e2net-i k\u00fcbr\u00e2y\u0131 (en b\u00fcy\u00fck em\u00e2neti) ve hil\u00e2fet-i arz\u0131yeyi (yery\u00fcz\u00fcn\u00fcn hal\u00eefeli\u011fini) omuzuna alan nev\u2018-i be\u015ferin (insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n) \u015fek\u0101vet (ebed\u00ee az\u00e2b) ve sa\u00e2det-i ebediyeye med\u00e2r (sebeb) olan vaz\u00eefesine d\u00e2ir en b\u00fcy\u00fck ve en ehemmiyetli mes\u2019elelerinde en azametlilerini ders vermek ve hadsiz \u015f\u00fcbheleri iz\u00e2le etmek (gidermek) ve g\u0101yet \u015fiddetli ink\u00e2rlar\u0131 ve inadlar\u0131 k\u0131rmak cihetinde, elbette o deh\u015fetli ink\u0131l\u00e2blar\u0131 tasd\u00eek ettirmek ve o ink\u0131l\u00e2blar\u0131n azametinde b\u00fcy\u00fck ve be\u015fere (insanl\u0131\u011fa) en l\u00fbzumlu ve en zar\u00fbr\u00ee mes\u2019eleleri tesl\u00eem (kab\u00fbl) ettirmek i\u00e7in Kur\u2019\u00e2n, binler def\u2018a de\u011fil, belki milyonlar def\u2018a onlara bakt\u0131rsa yine israf de\u011fil ki milyonlar kere tekr\u00e2r ile o bahisler Kur\u2019\u00e2n\u2019da okunur, usan\u00e7 vermez, ihtiya\u00e7 kesilmez.\u201d (\u015eu\u00e2\u2018lar, 11. \u015eu\u00e2\u2018, 238-239)<br \/>\nAllah Res\u00fbl\u00fc (asm)\u2019\u0131n s\u00fcnnetine uyman\u0131n ehemmiyeti hakk\u0131nda bak\u0131n\u0131z; (sah\u00eefe 53, h\u00e2\u015fiye 2; sah\u00eefe 169, h\u00e2\u015fiye 3)<\/p>\n<p>15. Ve kad\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131zdan zin\u00e2 edenler yok mu, onlara kar\u015f\u0131 art\u0131k i\u00e7inizden d\u00f6rt \u015f\u00e2hid getirin! Ey \u00eem\u00e2n edenler! Allah\u2019a it\u00e2at edin; peygambere ve sizden olan \u00fcl\u00fc\u2019l-emre (emir s\u00e2hibi id\u00e2recilerinize) de it\u00e2at edin! O h\u00e2lde bir \u015fey hakk\u0131nda ihtil\u00e2fa d\u00fc\u015ferseniz, Allah\u2019a ve \u00e2hiret g\u00fcn\u00fcne \u00eem\u00e2n ediyorsan\u0131z, art\u0131k onu Allah\u2019a ve peygambere arz edin! Hem (sen) i\u00e7lerinde bulunup da onlara namaz k\u0131ld\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131n zaman, art\u0131k onlardan bir t\u00e2ife seninle ber\u00e2ber (namaza) dursun; sil\u00e2hlar\u0131n\u0131 da (yanlar\u0131na) als\u0131nlar! Secdeye vard\u0131klar\u0131 zaman ise hemen (di\u011fer t\u00e2ife) arkan\u0131zda bulunsunlar! Sonra namaz k\u0131lmam\u0131\u015f olan di\u011fer t\u00e2ife gelip seninle ber\u00e2ber namaz k\u0131ls\u0131nlar, hem tedbirlerini hem sil\u00e2hlar\u0131n\u0131 als\u0131nlar! \u0130nk\u00e2r edenler arzu ederler ki sil\u00e2hlar\u0131n\u0131zdan ve e\u015fy\u00e2lar\u0131n\u0131zdan g\u0101fil olsan\u0131z da \u00fczerinize birdenbire bask\u0131n yapsalar.<br \/>\nBununla ber\u00e2ber size ya\u011fmurdan bir eziyet olur veya hasta olursan\u0131z, sil\u00e2hlar\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 b\u0131rakman\u0131zda size bir g\u00fcnah yoktur. Muhakkak ki namaz, m\u00fc\u2019minler \u00fczerine vakitleri belirli (bir farz) olarak yaz\u0131l\u0131d\u0131r.<br \/>\n\u201cEy bir\u00e2der! Benden, namaz\u0131n \u015fu muayyen be\u015f vakte hikmet-i tahs\u00eesini (bilinen be\u015f vakte ayr\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n hikmetini) soruyorsun. Pek \u00e7ok hikmetlerinden yaln\u0131z birisine i\u015f\u00e2ret ederiz. (Hab\u00eebim, y\u00e2 Muhammed!) \u015e\u00fcbhesiz ki biz, bu Kit\u00e2b\u2019\u0131 sana hak ile indirdik ki, insanlar aras\u0131nda Allah\u2019\u0131n sana g\u00f6sterdi\u011fi \u015fekilde h\u00fck\u00fcm veresin! H\u00e2inler i\u00e7in ise, m\u00fcd\u00e2faa edici olma!<br \/>\nTu\u2018me bin Ubeyr\u0131k ad\u0131nda bir m\u00fcn\u00e2f\u0131k, kom\u015fusunun z\u0131rh\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7alarak bir yahudinin evinde saklam\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Bunun \u00fczerine Tu\u2018me, Mekke\u2019ye ka\u00e7m\u0131\u015f ve orada h\u0131rs\u0131zl\u0131k yapmak i\u00e7in deldi\u011fi bir evin duvar\u0131 alt\u0131nda kalarak can vermi\u015ftir. (Onlar) insanlardan gizlemeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131rlar (utan\u0131rlar) da Allah\u2019dan gizlemek istemezler (hay\u00e2 etmezler); h\u00e2lbuki (Allah\u2019\u0131n) r\u00e2z\u0131 olmayaca\u011f\u0131 s\u00f6z(ler)i geceleyin (gizlice) uydururlarken, O onlarla ber\u00e2berdi. \u00c7\u00fcnki Allah, onlar\u0131n yapmakta olduklar\u0131n\u0131 (ilim ve kudretiyle) tam\u00e2men ku\u015fat\u0131c\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>109. \u0130\u015fte siz \u00f6yle kimselersiniz ki, haydi d\u00fcnya hay\u00e2t\u0131nda onlar (o h\u00e2inler)den yana m\u00fcc\u00e2dele ettiniz; fakat k\u0131y\u00e2met g\u00fcn\u00fc onlar n\u00e2m\u0131na Allah ile kim m\u00fcc\u00e2dele edecek, y\u00e2hut (o g\u00fcn) kim onlara vekil olacak?<\/p>\n<p>110. Hem kim bir k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fck yapar veya nefsine zulmeder de sonra Allah\u2019dan ma\u011ffiret dilerse, Allah\u2019\u0131 Gaf\u00fbr (\u00e7ok ba\u011f\u0131\u015flay\u0131c\u0131), Rah\u00eem (\u00e7ok merhamet edici) olarak bulur.<br \/>\n\u201cNefsini ittih\u00e2m eden (su\u00e7layan), kus\u00fbrunu g\u00f6r\u00fcr. Kus\u00fbrunu g\u00f6rmemek, o kusurdan daha b\u00fcy\u00fck bir kusurdur ve kus\u00fbrunu i\u2018tir\u00e2f etmemek, b\u00fcy\u00fck bir noksanl\u0131kt\u0131r. Ve kim bir g\u00fcnah i\u015flerse, b\u00f6ylece onu ancak kendi aleyhine kazan\u0131r. Kim de bir hat\u00e2 veya bir g\u00fcnah i\u015fler, sonra da onu bir su\u00e7suzun \u00fczerine atarsa, o takdirde \u015f\u00fcbhesiz ki bir iftir\u00e2 ve apa\u00e7\u0131k bir g\u00fcnah y\u00fcklenmi\u015f olur.<\/p>\n<p>113. Fakat senin \u00fczerinde Allah\u2019\u0131n l\u00fctfu ve rahmeti olmasayd\u0131, onlardan bir t\u00e2ife, (hak ile h\u00fck\u00fcm vermen hus\u00fbsunda) seni bile hat\u00e2ya d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrmeye azmetmi\u015fti. H\u00e2lbuki (onlar), ancak kendilerini hat\u00e2ya d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcrler ve sana hi\u00e7bir \u015feyle zarar veremezler! \u00c7\u00fcnki Allah sana Kit\u00e2b\u2019\u0131 ve hikmeti (Kitab\u2019daki h\u00fck\u00fcmleri) indirmi\u015f ve sana bilmediklerini \u00f6\u011fretmi\u015ftir.<br \/>\n\u201cMa\u2018den-i kem\u00e2l\u00e2t (faz\u00eeletlerin kayna\u011f\u0131) ve muallim-i ahl\u00e2k-\u0131 \u00e2liye (y\u00fcksek ahl\u00e2k\u0131n muallimi) olan o dell\u00e2l-\u0131 vahd\u00e2niyet ve sa\u00e2det (Allah\u2019\u0131n birli\u011finin ve ebed\u00ee sa\u00e2detin i\u2018l\u00e2nc\u0131s\u0131 olan Peygamberimiz Aleyhissal\u00e2t\u00fc Vessel\u00e2m), kendi kendine s\u00f6ylemiyor; belki s\u00f6ylettiriliyor. Hem ona gelen Kur\u2019\u00e2n ise, i\u00e7inde, d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda k\u0131rk vech-i i\u2018c\u00e2z (mu\u2018cize y\u00f6n\u00fc) ile g\u00f6sterir ki o, Cen\u00e2b-\u0131 Hakk\u2019\u0131n terc\u00fcm\u00e2n\u0131d\u0131r. De ki: \u201c\u00c7ocu\u011fu ve babas\u0131 olmayan kimse hakk\u0131nda, Allah size \u015f\u00f6yle fetv\u00e2 veriyor: \u00c7ocu\u011fu olmayan bir ki\u015fi \u00f6l\u00fcr de (ayn\u0131 babadan) bir k\u0131z karde\u015fi bulunursa, o takdirde b\u0131rakt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n yar\u0131s\u0131 onundur.<br \/>\nE\u011fer (k\u0131z karde\u015f \u00f6l\u00fcr de) onun (o \u00f6len k\u0131z karde\u015fin) \u00e7ocu\u011fu yoksa, o (geride kalan erkek karde\u015f) de ona (tam\u00e2men) v\u00e2ris olur. Fakat (o adam\u0131n v\u00e2risleri) iki k\u0131z (karde\u015f) iseler, bu durumda b\u0131rakt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n \u00fc\u00e7te ikisi onlar\u0131nd\u0131r. Ve (geride kalanlar) kad\u0131n ve erkek olarak bir\u00e7ok karde\u015f iseler, art\u0131k erke\u011fe iki kad\u0131n hissesi vard\u0131r.\u201d<br \/>\n(Bu h\u00fck\u00fcmlere uymazsan\u0131z) \u015fa\u015f\u0131r\u0131rs\u0131n\u0131z diye Allah size (bunlar\u0131) a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131yor.
