Zir\u00e2 bat\u0131llardan hakka, yanl\u0131\u015flardan do\u011fruya, zul\u00fcmattan nura, zul\u00fcmlerden ad\u00e2lete, e\u011friliklerden istik\u00e2mete, kesretten vahdete, \u015firkten tevhide, k\u00fcf\u00fcrden ikr\u00e2ra ve tasdike, dal\u00e2letten hid\u00e2yete, isyandan itaate, tu\u011fyandan ibadete, \u015fek\u00e2vetten saadete, vah\u015fetten \u00fcnsiyete ve \u00fclfete, sukuttan te\u00e2liye, inhit\u00e2ttan ter\u00e2kkiye, izmihl\u00e2lden kurtulu\u015fa, fen\u00e2 ve zev\u00e2lden bek\u00e2ya, fel\u00e2ketten huzura ve s\u00fck\u00fbna, ink\u00e2rdan imana, dar\u2019\u00fcl-harbden dar\u2019\u00fcl-emana ve \u0130sl\u00e2m\u2019a, mevtten hayata, maraz ve illetten s\u0131hhat ve sel\u00e2mete, ge\u00e7i\u015f, kalb olu\u015f, tahavv\u00fcl ve intikal edi\u015f, \u00e2meliyesine; yani, \u0130sl\u00e2m \u0130nk\u0131l\u00e2b\u0131\u2019n\u0131n ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmesi esnas\u0131ndaki bu ge\u00e7i\u015f-olu\u015f-edi\u015f istih\u00e2lelerinin t\u00fcm\u00fcne \u201cHicret\u201d denir.<\/p>\n<p>Evet; he-ce-re s\u00f6zc\u00fcklerinden meydana gelen hicret, l\u00fcg\u00e2t olarak; \u201cBir insan\u0131n, ba\u015fkalar\u0131ndan (istemedi\u011fi, r\u00e2z\u0131 ve memnun olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ki\u015fi ve \u015feylerden) gerek bedenen, gerek lis\u00e2nen, gerekse kalben m\u00fcf\u00e2rakat edip ayr\u0131lmas\u0131\u201d (El-M\u00fcfred\u00e2t: 782) anlamlar\u0131na gelmektedir. Sultan-\u0131 Enbiya Hazret-i Muhammed Mustafa Sall\u00e2llahu Aleyhi ve \u00c2lihi ve Sellem Efendimiz, bir m\u00fcbarek hadis-i \u015feriflerinde; \u201cM\u00fcsl\u00fcman, dilinden ve elinden (di\u011fer) M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n selamette bulundu\u011fu kimsedir. Muh\u00e2cir ise, Allah\u2019u Te\u00e2l\u00e2\u2019n\u0131n nehyettiklerinden ayr\u0131lan (hicret eden) kimsedir.\u201d<a title=\"\" href=\"#_ftn1\">[1]<\/a> diye buyurarak, \u201cHicret\u201d olay\u0131n\u0131n t\u00fcm boyutlar\u0131n\u0131 ku\u015fat\u0131c\u0131 ve a\u00e7\u0131klay\u0131c\u0131 bir zemine oturtmu\u015flard\u0131r. Bu nokta-i nazardan konuya bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z ve derinli\u011fine indi\u011fimiz zaman, \u201cHicret\u201din anlam\u0131 ve kapsam\u0131 daha iyi anla\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bilindi\u011fi gibi, insanlar\u0131 yoktan var eden Allah-u Te\u00e2l\u00e2; insanlara uymalar\u0131 i\u00e7in bir k\u0131s\u0131m kanunlar ve h\u00fck\u00fcmler vaz etmi\u015f, bunlar\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda kalan ve z\u0131dd\u0131 olan her t\u00fcrl\u00fc h\u00fck\u00fcm, \u00f6rf, adet, kanun ve prensiplerden ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 (hicret edilmesini) emretmi\u015ftir. \u0130\u015fte bu \u0130l\u00e2h\u00ee h\u00fck\u00fcmlere z\u0131d olan her nevi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce ve hareketlere nehiyler (yasaklar) denir ki, bunlar\u0131n t\u00fcm\u00fc m\u00fcnker (\u015fer\u2019\u00e2n kabul edilmeyen, red olunmu\u015f) \u015feylerdir. Allah\u2019\u0131n nizam\u0131 olan \u0130sl\u00e2m; insanlar aras\u0131nda \u0130l\u00e2h\u00ee bir ink\u0131l\u00e2b (tah\u00e2vv\u00fcl\u00e2t) ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmek, nehyolunmu\u015f m\u00fcnker\u00e2ttan emrolunmu\u015f olan ma\u2019r\u00fbf\u00e2ta (\u015fer\u00e2n c\u00e2iz ve iyi g\u00f6r\u00fclen \u015feylere) insanlar\u0131 \u00ees\u00e2l etmek, hicret ettirip ge\u00e7i\u015f yapt\u0131rmak suretiyle ya\u015fanan din ve hayat nizam\u0131 olmak i\u00e7in Allah-u Te\u00e2l\u00e2 taraf\u0131ndan vaz olunup g\u00f6nderilmi\u015f \u201c\u0130l\u00e2h\u00ee Kanunlar-H\u00fck\u00fcmler Mecmu\u00e2s\u0131\u201dd\u0131r. Bu \u0130l\u00e2h\u00ee nizama; ferd, aile ve toplum olarak, insano\u011flu uymakla m\u00fckelleftir. Bu m\u00fckellefiyet muv\u00e2cehesinde, ki\u015fi; ferd olarak Allah\u2019\u0131n r\u0131z\u00e2s\u0131 dairesinde bulunmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmal\u0131; m\u00fcnkerattan, yani Allah\u2019\u0131n nehiylerinden ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131p maruflara, yani Allah\u2019\u0131n emirlerine yap\u0131\u015fmal\u0131 ve m\u00fc\u015f\u00e2hh\u00e2s-m\u00fccessem bir \u0130sl\u00e2m h\u00e2line gelmelidir. \u0130\u015fte nehiylerden ki\u015finin bu ka\u00e7\u0131\u015f\u0131 ve it\u00e2\u00e2te ge\u00e7i\u015fi hicrettir. Kez\u00e2, aile olarak da, toplum olarak da, ayn\u0131 t\u00fcr (Allah\u2019\u0131n nehiylerinden) ka\u00e7\u0131\u015f ve (emirlerini ya\u015famaya) ge\u00e7i\u015f, yine hicretdir.<\/p>\n<p>Hicret\u2019in de \u00fc\u00e7 \u015fekli vard\u0131r:<\/p>\n<p>1) Beden\u00ee, cism\u00e2n\u00ee hicret,<\/p>\n<p>2) Lis\u00e2n\u00ee, kavl\u00ee hicret,<\/p>\n<p>3) Kalb\u00ee, fikr\u00ee hicret\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Bunlar\u0131n da her birinin \u00fc\u00e7 t\u00fcrl\u00fc t\u00e2\u00e2lluku var:<\/p>\n<p>a) Ferd\u00ee, z\u00e2t\u00ee ve \u015fahs\u00ee,<\/p>\n<p>b) Ehl\u00ee, ailev\u00ee,<\/p>\n<p>c) Siy\u00e2s\u00ee ve i\u00e7tim\u00e2\u00ee\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Bunlar\u0131n ise, topyek\u00fcn iki\u015fer y\u00f6n\u00fc ve cephesi vard\u0131r:<\/p>\n<p>A) Enf\u00fcsi, der\u00fbn\u00ee ve d\u00e2hili (s\u00fcbjektif).<\/p>\n<p>B) Af\u00e2k\u00ee, zahir\u00ee ve haric\u00ee (objektif)\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Kur\u2019an-\u0131 Kerim\u2019de ve y\u00fcce Res\u00fbl\u2019\u00fcn (asm) h\u00e2dislerinde, bunlar\u0131n hepsiyle al\u00e2kal\u0131 ya do\u011frudan veya dolayl\u0131 olarak ayr\u0131 ayr\u0131 ve pek \u00e7ok bey\u00e2nlar, ibareler ve ifadeler vard\u0131r. Ki, hepsini inceden inceye ele alman\u0131n ve iz\u00e2h etmenin, bu yaz\u0131 ile m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmayaca\u011f\u0131 izahtan varestedir. Yaln\u0131z, b\u00fct\u00fcn hicret t\u00fcrlerini kapsayacak \u015fekilde, bir k\u0131s\u0131m genel tem\u00e2s ve i\u015f\u00e2retlerde bulunmakla iktifa edece\u011fiz, in\u015fallah\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Evvel\u00e2; \u0130sl\u00e2m\u2019\u0131n h\u00fck\u00fcmlerine muhatab olan insan, ferd\u00ee olarak O\u2019nun m\u00fccessem bir tims\u00e2li olmal\u0131, buna engel olacak olan her t\u00fcrl\u00fc m\u00fcnkerleri, yani \u0130l\u00e2h\u00ee nehiyleri terk (hicret) etmelidir. Terk edilmesi l\u00e2z\u0131m gelen \u0130l\u00e2h\u00ee nehiylerin en ba\u015f\u0131nda \u015firk ve k\u00fcf\u00fcr gelmektedir. \u201c\u2026Bana hi\u00e7bir \u015feyi \u015firk ko\u015fma\u2026\u201d<a title=\"\" href=\"#_ftn2\">[2]<\/a>; \u201c\u2026Allah\u2019a \u015firk ko\u015fma! \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc Allah\u2019a \u015firk ko\u015fmak, \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck bir zul\u00fcmd\u00fcr.\u201d<a title=\"\" href=\"#_ftn3\">[3]<\/a>; \u201cAllah\u2019a ib\u00e2det edin ve O\u2019na hi\u00e7bir \u015feyi ortak ko\u015fmay\u0131n!&#8230;\u201d<a title=\"\" href=\"#_ftn4\">[4]<\/a>; \u201cDe ki: Geliniz, size Rabbiniz neleri haram (nehy) etmi\u015ftir, okuyay\u0131m: O\u2019na hi\u00e7bir \u015feyi ortak ko\u015fmay\u0131n, anaya babaya iyilik edin, fakirlik y\u00fcz\u00fcnden \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 \u00f6ld\u00fcrmeyin. Sizin de, onlar\u0131n da r\u0131z\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 biz veririz. Zin\u00e2 gibi k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fcklerin a\u00e7\u0131\u011f\u0131na da, gizlisine de yana\u015fmay\u0131n. Allah\u2019\u0131n muhterem k\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 nefsi (can\u0131) haks\u0131z yere \u00f6ld\u00fcrmeyin. \u0130\u015fte bu yasaklar\u0131 Allah size tavsiye etti, olur ki d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcr ve ak\u0131l erdirirsiniz.\u201d<a title=\"\" href=\"#_ftn5\">[5]<\/a>; \u201c\u2026Ben yaln\u0131z Allah\u2019a ibadet etmekle ve O\u2019na ortak ko\u015fmamakla emrolundum; ancak O\u2019na davet ederim ve d\u00f6n\u00fcp var\u0131\u015f\u0131m da ancak O\u2019nad\u0131r.\u201d<a title=\"\" href=\"#_ftn6\">[6]<\/a>; \u201cDe ki: ben, ancak Rabbime ib\u00e2det ederim ve O\u2019na hi\u00e7bir \u015feyi ortak ko\u015fmam.\u201d<a title=\"\" href=\"#_ftn7\">[7]<\/a>; \u0130l\u00e2\u00e2hir\u2026<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u00d6yle ise, siz beni (itaatle, ibadetle) an\u0131n (ki), ben de sizi (sevab ile ma\u011ffiret ile) anay\u0131m ve bana \u015f\u00fckredin; k\u00fcfredip nank\u00f6rl\u00fck etmeyin.\u201d<a title=\"\" href=\"#_ftn8\">[8]<\/a>; \u201cEy iman edenler! Allah\u2019a, O\u2019nun peygamberine ve gerek o peygamberine ayet ayet indirdi\u011fi kitaba (Kur\u2019an\u2019a), gerek daha evvel indirdi\u011fi kitab(lar)a iman (da seb\u00e2t) edin. Kim Allah\u2019\u0131, meleklerini, kitaplar\u0131n\u0131, peygamberlerini, ahiret g\u00fcn\u00fcn\u00fc ink\u00e2r ederek k\u00e2fir olursa o, muhakkak ki (s\u0131rat-\u0131 m\u00fcstakimden) uzak bir sap\u0131kl\u0131kla sap\u0131p gitmi\u015ftir.\u201d<a title=\"\" href=\"#_ftn9\">[9]<\/a>; \u201c\u2026Muhakkak ki cehennem, k\u00e2firleri ku\u015fatacakt\u0131r.\u201d<a title=\"\" href=\"#_ftn10\">[10]<\/a>; \u201c\u2026K\u00e2firlere ve m\u00fcn\u00e2f\u0131klara itaat etme\u2026\u201d<a title=\"\" href=\"#_ftn11\">[11]<\/a>; \u201c\u2026Muhakkak ki Allah, k\u00e2firler toplulu\u011funu hid\u00e2yete erdirmez.\u201d<a title=\"\" href=\"#_ftn12\">[12]<\/a>; \u201c\u2026\u201d \u201cBa\u015flar\u0131na gelecek \u015fiddetli bir az\u00e2p\u2019tan dolay\u0131, vay k\u00e2firlerin h\u00e2line!\u201d<a title=\"\" href=\"#_ftn13\">[13]<\/a> \u00a0gibi ayetlerle, \u201c\u2026En b\u00fcy\u00fck g\u00fcn\u00e2h, seni yaratm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu halde Allah\u2019a \u015firk ko\u015fmand\u0131r\u2026\u201d<a title=\"\" href=\"#_ftn14\">[14]<\/a> benzeri say\u0131s\u0131z hadisler, \u015firk ve k\u00fcfr\u00fcn en b\u00fcy\u00fck g\u00fcn\u00e2h oldu\u011funu bildirmekte, bu m\u00fcnker\u00e2t\u0131n her nevinden \u015fiddetle nehyetmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u2026Mallar\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 aran\u0131zda b\u00e2t\u0131l sebeplerle yemeyin\u2026 Nefislerinizi (kendinizi) \u00f6ld\u00fcrmeyin!&#8230;\u201d<a title=\"\" href=\"#_ftn15\">[15]<\/a>; \u201c\u2026Fakirlik y\u00fcz\u00fcnden \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 \u00f6ld\u00fcrmeyin\u2026 Fuh\u015fun (zinan\u0131n) gizlisine de, a\u00e7\u0131\u011f\u0131na da yana\u015fmay\u0131n. Allah\u2019\u0131n haram k\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 nefsi (insan\u0131) \u00f6ld\u00fcrmeyin\u2026\u201d<a title=\"\" href=\"#_ftn16\">[16]<\/a>; \u201c\u2026\u0130\u00e7ki, kumar, (tapmaya mahsus) dikili ta\u015flar, fal oklar\u0131 ancak \u015feytan\u0131n amellerinden birer pisliktir\u2026\u201d<a title=\"\" href=\"#_ftn17\">[17]<\/a>; \u201c\u2026L\u00e2\u015fe, yere ak\u0131t\u0131lan kan, gerek domuz eti, gerek Allah\u2019tan ba\u015fkas\u0131n\u0131n ad\u0131na bo\u011fazlanm\u0131\u015f olanlar (haramd\u0131r)\u2026\u201d<a title=\"\" href=\"#_ftn18\">[18]<\/a>; \u201c\u2026Allah-u Te\u00e2l\u00e2 al\u0131\u015f veri\u015fi hel\u00e2l, rib\u00e2y\u0131 (f\u00e2izi) ise haram k\u0131ld\u0131\u2026\u201d<a title=\"\" href=\"#_ftn19\">[19]<\/a>; \u201c\u2026\u00d6l\u00e7e\u011fi ve tart\u0131y\u0131 noksan yapmay\u0131n\u2026 Ey kavmim! \u00d6l\u00e7ekte ve tart\u0131da adaleti yerine getirin. \u0130nsanlar\u0131n mallar\u0131n\u0131 eksiltmeyin (haklar\u0131n\u0131 yemeyin) ve yery\u00fcz\u00fcnde fes\u00e2tl\u0131k \u00e7\u0131kararak fen\u00e2l\u0131k yapmay\u0131n.\u201d<a title=\"\" href=\"#_ftn20\">[20]<\/a>; \u201c\u2026Sonra du\u00e2 ve niy\u00e2z edelim de Allah\u2019\u0131n l\u00e2\u2019netini yalanc\u0131lar\u0131n \u00fczerine okuyal\u0131m.\u201d<a title=\"\" href=\"#_ftn21\">[21]<\/a>; \u201c\u2026Allah, hi\u00e7 \u015f\u00fcphesiz m\u00fcn\u00e2f\u0131klar\u0131n yalanc\u0131lar oldu\u011funa \u015feh\u00e2det eder.\u201d<a title=\"\" href=\"#_ftn22\">[22]<\/a>; \u201c\u2026Ac\u0131kl\u0131 bir g\u00fcn\u00fcn az\u00e2b\u0131ndan vay o zulmedenlerin h\u00e2line!\u201d<a title=\"\" href=\"#_ftn23\">[23]<\/a>; \u201c\u2026Allah, kendini be\u011fenen ve b\u00f6b\u00fcrlenen kimseyi sevmez. \u2026Cimrilik (buhl) yapan\u2026 Nank\u00f6rlere hor ve h\u00e2kir edici bir azap haz\u0131rlam\u0131\u015f\u0131zd\u0131r.\u201d<a title=\"\" href=\"#_ftn24\">[24]<\/a>; \u201cEy iman edenler! Zann\u0131n bir\u00e7o\u011fundan sak\u0131n; \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc zann\u0131n bir k\u0131sm\u0131 g\u00fcn\u00e2ht\u0131r. (M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n kusurlar\u0131n\u0131, ay\u0131plar\u0131n\u0131) ara\u015ft\u0131rmay\u0131n; bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131z bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 \u201cg\u0131ybet\u201d etmeyin\u2026\u201d<a title=\"\" href=\"#_ftn25\">[25]<\/a>; il\u00e2\u00e2hir, gibi y\u00fczlerce ayetler de \u015firk ve k\u00fcfr\u00fcn d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda ve a\u015fa\u011f\u0131s\u0131nda kalan \u201cG\u00fcn\u00e2hlardan ve haramlardan \u015fiddetle nehyetmektedir.\u201d Ki; \u201c\u2026Muh\u00e2cir, Allah\u2019\u0131n nehyettiklerinden ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131p ayr\u0131lan (hicret eden) kimsedir.\u201d<a title=\"\" href=\"#_ftn26\">[26]<\/a> Hadis-i \u015ferifi muktez\u00e2s\u0131nda, mezk\u00fbr \u201cistenmeyen, arzu edilmeyen, m\u00fcnker durumunda olan\u201d menhiy\u00e2ttan insanlar\u0131n ferd, aile, toplum olarak, kalb\u00ee, kavl\u00ee ve beden\u00ee bi\u00e7imlerde ve hem enf\u00fcs\u00ee hem de af\u00e2k\u00ee cihetten s\u0131yr\u0131l\u0131p \u00e7\u0131kmalar\u0131 ve ayr\u0131lmalar\u0131 hicrettir. \u00c7\u0131kt\u0131, \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131ld\u0131 kelimeleri de bu noktada ayn\u0131 anlam\u0131 if\u00e2de etmektedir. Mesel\u00e2:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOnlar\u0131 nerede yakalarsan\u0131z (orada) \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fcn. Onlar\u0131, sizi \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131klar\u0131 yerden (Mekke\u2019den) \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131n\u2026\u201d<a title=\"\" href=\"#_ftn27\">[27]<\/a>; \u201c\u2026De ki: Onda (o haram ayda) muharebe etmek b\u00fcy\u00fck (g\u00fcnah)t\u0131r. (Fakat insanlar\u0131) Allah yolundan men etmek, onu ink\u00e2r etmek, (ziy\u00e2ret\u00e7ilerin) Mescid-i Haram\u2019a gitmelerine m\u00e2ni olmak, onun (Mekke\u2019nin) halk\u0131n\u0131 oradan \u00e7\u0131karmak ise Allah kat\u0131nda daha b\u00fcy\u00fck (g\u00fcnah)t\u0131r\u2026\u201d<a title=\"\" href=\"#_ftn28\">[28]<\/a>; \u201c\u2026\u0130\u015fte hicret edenlerin, yurtlar\u0131ndan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lanlar\u0131n, benim yolumda i\u015fkenceye, hakarete, ziy\u00e2na u\u011frayanlar\u0131n, muharebe edenlerin ve \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fclenlerin de su\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6rtece\u011fim\u2026\u201d<a title=\"\" href=\"#_ftn29\">[29]<\/a>; \u201cBir kavim ile sava\u015fmaz m\u0131s\u0131n\u0131z? Ki, onlar yeminlerini bozdular ve Peygamberi (Mekke\u2019den) ihrac etmeye (\u00e7\u0131karmaya) karar verdiler\u2026\u201d<a title=\"\" href=\"#_ftn30\">[30]<\/a>; onlar (o m\u00fc\u2019minlerdir ki) haks\u0131z yere ve ancak, \u2018Rabbimiz Allah\u2019t\u0131r!\u2019 diyorlar, diye yurtlar\u0131ndan ihrac edilmi\u015flerdir\u2026\u201d<a title=\"\" href=\"#_ftn31\"><sup><sup>[31]<\/sup><\/sup><\/a>; \u201cSizinle din hususunda muharebe etmemi\u015f, sizi yurtlar\u0131n\u0131zdan da ihrac etmemi\u015f olanlara iyilik, onlara adalet(le mu\u00e2mele) etmenizden Allah sizi men etmez. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc Allah, adalet yapanlar\u0131 sever. Zira haric\u00ee ve afak\u00ee \u00e2lemdeki z\u0131t unsurlar ve cereyanlar, insan\u0131n \u2018d\u00e2hil\u00ee, derun\u00ee, ruh\u00ee ve enf\u00fbs\u00ee \u00e2leminde de varl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 korumakta ve k\u0131yas\u0131ya bir \u00e7at\u0131\u015fma i\u00e7erisine girmi\u015f bulunmaktad\u0131r. Ayn\u0131 zamanda, en m\u00fcttaki, en muvahhid bir m\u00fc\u2019minde de ara s\u0131ra hak olmayan, bat\u0131l ve m\u00fcnker s\u00f6zler ve fiiller g\u00f6r\u00fclmekte; bu da, insan\u0131n i\u00e7 \u00e2leminde, bir m\u00fccadele ve m\u00fccahede i\u00e7erisin\u00adde oldu\u011funu g\u00f6stermektedir. Kendisine musallat k\u0131l\u0131nm\u0131\u015f bulunan \u015feytan\u0131 ve onun mahall-i f\u00e2aliyeti olan nefsi m\u00fcsl\u00fcman olmu\u015f (teslim-i silah etmi\u015f) bulu\u00adnan Ahirzaman Peygamberi Hazreti Fahr-i Alem Aleyhissalat\u00fc Vesselam Efendimiz\u00adden ba\u015fka, sair t\u00fcm peygamberlerin yevm-i mah\u015ferde, \u201cNefsi! Milyarlarca canl\u0131 h\u00fccrelerden, hadsiz madd\u00ee ve manev\u00ee \u00e2lemlerden olu\u015fan insanlar\u0131n k\u00e2fir olanlar\u0131na bir k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck k\u00e2fir devlet; m\u00fcsl\u00fcman olanlar\u0131na da \u00e7ekirdek bir m\u00fcsl\u00fcman devlet ve \u0130sl\u00e2m\u00ee h\u00fck\u00fcmet denebilir. Zira insan, \u015fu koca \u00e2lemin k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck bir mis\u00e2li ve benzeri oldu\u011fu gibi, c\u00e2m\u00eeiyeti itibariyle de mensubu bulundu\u011fu ideolojinin m\u00fc\u015fahhas ve k\u00fclli bir ayinesi ve timsalidir&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>\u0130man\u2019\u0131n veya k\u00fcfr\u2019\u00fcn taraftarlar\u0131 ve z\u0131t temsilcileri olarak faaliyette bulunan insano\u011flu, Allah-u Te\u00e2l\u00e2 taraf\u0131ndan s\u00e2dece kendisine ibadet etmesi, yani hak nizam\u0131 temsil etmesi ve onun z\u0131dd\u0131 olan k\u00fcf\u00fcr ve bat\u0131lla m\u00fcc\u00e2dele ve m\u00fccahede i\u00e7erisinde bulunmas\u0131 i\u00e7in yarat\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Onun i\u00e7in, bir yerde k\u00fcf\u00fcr, \u015firk, isyan, tu\u011fyan ve b\u00e2t\u0131l oldu\u011fu m\u00fcddet\u00e7e; iman, ibadet, hak ve hakikati temsil eden m\u00fcsl\u00fcman\u0131n o yerde m\u00fccahede etmesi iman\u0131n\u0131n ve m\u00fcsl\u00fcmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n gere\u011fidir. D\u00e2hildeki ci\u00adhad ise, nefis-hev\u00e2-heves ve bizzat \u015feytan\u0131n kendisine kar\u015f\u0131d\u0131r. Ki bu, (hadisde de i\u015faret edildi\u011fi gibi) ger\u00e7ekten de b\u00fcy\u00fck cihadd\u0131r. Bu cihad\u0131n ilk ad\u0131m\u0131 ve haz\u0131rl\u0131k a\u015famas\u0131 olan hicret ise, (yine hadisde beyan buyuruldu\u011fu vechiyle) her t\u00fcrl\u00fc fikr\u00ee ve amel\u00ee ma\u2019siyetten-menhiy\u00e2ttan ka\u00e7\u0131nmak ve uzakla\u015fmakt\u0131r.
