Temel ama\u00e7 k\u0131ymetli metalleri cevherden ay\u0131rmak zenginle\u015ftirmek veya geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrmektir.<\/p>\n<p> Hidrometalurji \u00fc\u00e7 ba\u015fl\u0131k alt\u0131nda incelenebilir:<br \/>\nLi\u00e7<br \/>\nSafs\u0131zla\u015ft\u0131rma<br \/>\nMetal Kazan\u0131m\u0131<br \/>\n1. Li\u00e7<br \/>\nLi\u00e7 i\u015flemi \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcc\u00fc \u00f6zellik g\u00f6steren s\u0131v\u0131 kimyasallar\u0131 kullanarak k\u0131ymetli metalleri kazanma i\u015flemidir. Zenginle\u015ftirilmek istenilen metal kimyasallarla (genelde asit veya baz) \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcnd\u00fcr\u00fclerek \u00e7\u00f6zeltiye al\u0131n\u0131r. Se\u00e7ilen kimyasalar\u0131n t\u00fcr\u00fc ve konsantresi \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcnd\u00fcr\u00fclmek istenilen metalin \u00f6zelliklerine g\u00f6re de\u011fi\u015fim g\u00f6sterebilir. Li\u00e7 verimi pH de\u011fi\u015fimi s\u0131cakl\u0131k oksidasyon potansiyeli gibi de\u011fi\u015fkenlerden etkilenebilir.<br \/>\nTemel t\u00fcrleri: Yerinde li\u00e7 y\u0131\u011f\u0131n li\u00e7i ve kolon li\u00e7idir.<\/p>\n<p>2. Safs\u0131zla\u015ft\u0131rma<br \/>\nLi\u00e7 sonucunda metal ile birlikte cevherde varolan di\u011fer metaller de \u00e7\u00f6zeltiye al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f olabilir. Bu a\u015famada istenmeyen metallerin \u00e7\u00f6zeltiden uzakla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ama\u00e7lan\u0131r. Safs\u0131zla\u015ft\u0131rma i\u00e7in uygulanabilecek belli y\u00f6ntemler vard\u0131r. Bu y\u00f6ntemler \u015funlard\u0131r:<br \/>\nSolvent ekstraksiyon (SX)<br \/>\nSementasyon<br \/>\n\u0130yon de\u011fi\u015ftirme<br \/>\n2.1. Solvent Ekstraksiyon<br \/>\nSolvent ekstraksiyonda esas ama\u00e7 istenilen metali farkl\u0131 faza ge\u00e7irerek ay\u0131rmakt\u0131r. Solvent ekstraksiyonda bu ama\u00e7la kullan\u0131lan kar\u0131\u015f\u0131ma genelde organik \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcc\u00fc ad\u0131 verilir.<br \/>\nOrganik \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcc\u00fc y\u00fckl\u00fc \u00e7\u00f6zelti \u00fczerinde kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda k\u0131ymetli metaller organi\u011fe ge\u00e7erler. Sonu\u00e7ta y\u00fcklenmi\u015f organik ve y\u00fcks\u00fcz \u00e7\u00f6zelti elde edilmi\u015f olur. Bu \u015fekilde elde edilen y\u00fcks\u00fcz \u00e7\u00f6zelti proseste tekrar kullan\u0131labilir. Bu a\u015famada elde edilen y\u00fckl\u00fc organik ise elektrokazan\u0131m ile metalden ayr\u0131labilir.<\/p>\n<p>2.2. Sementasyon<br \/>\nSementasyon ( Karb\u00fcrizasyon ) En eski y\u00fczey sertle\u015ftirme i\u015flemlerinden biri olan sementasyon i\u015flemi karbon i\u00e7eri\u011fi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck olan \u00e7elik malzeme y\u00fczeyine kat\u0131 s\u0131v\u0131 veya gaz ortam i\u00e7erisinde karbon verilmesi (emdirilmesi) esas\u0131na dayan\u0131r.<br \/>\n\u00d6stenit s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131na \u0131s\u0131t\u0131lan (850-9500 C) par\u00e7a istenilen sertlik derinli\u011fine ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak y\u00fcksek s\u0131cakl\u0131kta belirli bir s\u00fcre tutulur ve daha sonra su ya\u011f tuz veya polimer gibi uygun bir sertle\u015ftirme ortam\u0131nda sertle\u015ftirilir. Sertle\u015ftirme sonras\u0131 t\u00fcm \u00e7eliklere uyguland\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi gerilim giderme ve menevi\u015f i\u015flemleri uygulan\u0131r. Bu i\u015flemler sonras\u0131 par\u00e7a y\u00fczeyinde karbonca zengin a\u015f\u0131nmaya diren\u00e7li bir yap\u0131 olu\u015furken \u00e7ekirdekte tok bir yap\u0131 meydana gelir.<\/p>\n<p>2.3. \u0130yon de\u011fi\u015ftirme<br \/>\nDo\u011fal zeolit re\u00e7ine aktif karbon gibi maddeler kullan\u0131larak anyon-katyon de\u011fi\u015fimi sayesinde metaller kazan\u0131labilir.<\/p>\n<p>3. Metal Kazan\u0131m\u0131<br \/>\nHidrometalurjide son ad\u0131m metal kazan\u0131m\u0131d\u0131r. S\u0131v\u0131 faza ge\u00e7irildikten sonra safs\u0131zla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lan metal bu ad\u0131mda tekrar kat\u0131 faza ge\u00e7irilerek kazan\u0131l\u0131r. Bu ad\u0131m sonras\u0131nda elde edilen metal hammadde olarak kullan\u0131labilece\u011fi gibi daha ileri rafinasyon i\u015flemlerinde de kullan\u0131labilir. Bu ama\u00e7la kullan\u0131labilecek y\u00f6ntemlerden baz\u0131lar\u0131 \u015funlard\u0131r:<br \/>\nElektrokazan\u0131m<br \/>\nGaz ile \u0130ndirgeme<br \/>\nMetal ile \u00c7\u00f6kt\u00fcrme<br \/>\n3.1. Elektrokazan\u0131m<br \/>\nTemel olarak metal i\u00e7eren \u00e7\u00f6zelti i\u00e7inden elektrik ak\u0131m\u0131 ge\u00e7irilmesi sonucu metalin indirgenmesi ve katot plakalar \u00fczerinde birikmesi \u015feklinde uygulan\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>3.2.
