Bir protozoan h\u00fccresi, bir metazoan h\u00fccresinden \u00e7ok daha karma\u015f\u0131k yap\u0131l\u0131 olabilir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc protozoa&#8217;da h\u00fccrenin kendisi bir organizmad\u0131r.<br \/>\nProtozoa&#8217;n\u0131n s\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131, v\u00fccut i\u00e7i organelleri ve hareket organellerine g\u00f6re yap\u0131l\u0131r. Hemen hemen t\u00fcm Protozoa \u00fcyeleri h\u00fccre duvar\u0131na sahip de\u011fillerdir, aerobik solunum yaparlar ve su olan her yerde bulunabilirler. <\/p>\n<p>Kloroplast i\u00e7eren t\u00fcrler, foto-ototrof \u00f6zellik g\u00f6sterir. Baz\u0131lar\u0131 ise kloroplast i\u00e7ermelerine ra\u011fmen organik besinlerle de beslenirler (Mixotroph). Euglena buna en g\u00fczel \u00f6rnektir. Tatl\u0131 sularda ya\u015fayan bir h\u00fccrelilerde, Kontraktil Vakuol ad\u0131 verilen bo\u015falt\u0131m organeli bulunur.<\/p>\n<p>Protozoa \u00fcyeleri 4 phylum (\u015fube) i\u00e7erisinde incelenir:<\/p>\n<p>Phylum (\u015eube): Sarcomastigophora (K\u00f6k bacak ve kam\u00e7\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131yanlar)<\/p>\n<p>Bu \u015fubenin \u00fcyeleri, hareket organeli olarak k\u00f6k bacak veya kam\u00e7\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131rlar. T\u00fcm\u00fc bir h\u00fccreli olan sucul canl\u0131lard\u0131r. Kam\u00e7\u0131 veya k\u00f6k bacak ta\u015f\u0131malar\u0131na g\u00f6re, 2 alt \u015fube i\u00e7erisinde incelenirler.<\/p>\n<p>(Kam\u00e7\u0131l\u0131lar)<\/p>\n<p>Hareket organeli olarak kam\u00e7\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131yan bir h\u00fccreli canl\u0131lard\u0131r. Retik\u00fclopod: A\u011f \u015feklindedir ve sadece ektoplazma i\u00e7erir.<br \/>\n4. Aksopod: \u0130\u011fne \u015fekillidir ve mikrot\u00fcb\u00fcl i\u00e7erir. <\/p>\n<p>2. Phylum (\u015eube): Apicomplexa<\/p>\n<p>\u015eubenin neredeyse t\u00fcm \u00fcyeleri endoparazitiktir. \u015eubenin ismi, h\u00fccrelerin u\u00e7 k\u0131sm\u0131nda bulunan ve konak canl\u0131n\u0131n v\u00fccuduna giri\u015fte rol oynayan &#8220;apicomplexa&#8221; (rhoptry ve mikronem) olarak bilinen yap\u0131lardan gelir. Bu canl\u0131lar\u0131n hareket organelleri, sadece baz\u0131 h\u00fccre aras\u0131 evrelerde belirgindir. \u00dcreme, uzant\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131mayan sporlar veya oocyst ile ger\u00e7ekle\u015fir.<\/p>\n<p>3-Phylum (\u015eube): Microspora<\/p>\n<p>\u015eubenin t\u00fcm elemanlar\u0131, zorunlu h\u00fccre i\u00e7i parazitleridir. Mitokondrileri bulunmaz ve tek h\u00fccreli sporlar meydana getirirler. B\u00f6cekler i\u00e7in patojen olan canl\u0131lar\u0131n \u00e7o\u011fu, bu \u015fubenin \u00fcyeleridir. Hayat evrelerinde hem h\u00fccre i\u00e7i hem de h\u00fccre d\u0131\u015f\u0131 ya\u015fam g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr. H\u00fccre i\u00e7i e\u015feyli ve e\u015feysiz devreler boyunca, konak canl\u0131ya zarar verilir.
