Gregory, insan genlerini ve DNA zincirini belirlemeyi ama\u00e7layan proje i\u00e7in, &#8220;bu ba\u015far\u0131yla \u0130nsan Genleri Projesi&#8217;nde bir cilt tam anlam\u0131yla bitirilmi\u015f oluyor&#8221; dedi. <\/p>\n<p> \u0130NSAN GENOMU<br \/>\n Kromozom-1&#8217;in genetik \u015fifresinin \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclmesiyle elde edilen bilgiler, kanser, otizm, zihinsel ve di\u011fer hastal\u0131klar\u0131n te\u015fhis ve tedavisinde kullan\u0131labilecek.<br \/>\n \u0130nsan genomunda yakla\u015f\u0131k olarak 20-25 bin aras\u0131nda genin bulundu\u011fu tahmin ediliyor. Kromozom-1&#8217;in \u015fifresinin \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclmesiyle de binden fazla yeni gen tespit edildi. <\/p>\n<p> SIRADA YEN\u0130 A\u015eAMA VAR<br \/>\n Dr. Gregory, bundan sonra yeni a\u015famaya ge\u00e7erek, genlerin yapt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 ve birbirlerini nas\u0131l etkilediklerini bulmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015facaklar\u0131n\u0131 belirtti.<br \/>\n Kromozom-1&#8217;in genetik haritas\u0131n\u0131n \u015fu anda yar\u0131k damak ve dudak geninin bulunmas\u0131nda kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten Gregory, bunun yan\u0131nda insanlar\u0131n genetik de\u011fi\u015fimine neyin neden oldu\u011funu anlamakta da kullan\u0131laca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade etti. <\/p>\n<p> KROMOZOM<br \/>\n Her canl\u0131 gibi insan da, her t\u00fcrl\u00fc ya\u015fam bi\u00e7iminin en k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck birimi olan h\u00fccrelerden meydana gelir. Her h\u00fccre bir sitoplazma ve \u00e7ekirdekten meydana gelir. \u00c7ekirde\u011fin i\u00e7inde ise kromozom ad\u0131 verilen ipliksi par\u00e7alar bulunur. Kromozomlar, elektron mikroskobunda I, V, J harfleri gibi bi\u00e7imlerde g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcr. Kromozomlar\u0131n say\u0131s\u0131 canl\u0131 t\u00fcrlerinde de\u011fi\u015fiklik g\u00f6sterir. \u00d6rne\u011fin sirke sine\u011finde sekiz, kurba\u011fada 26, farede 42, k\u00f6pekte 78 kromozom vard\u0131r. \u0130nsan\u0131n kromozom say\u0131s\u0131 ise 46&#8217;d\u0131r. 22&#8217;si \u00e7ift otozom kromozomdur. \u0130nsan h\u00fccresinde bir \u00e7ift de e\u015fey kromozomu bulunur ve toplam say\u0131 46 eder.<br \/>\n Kromozomlar, molek\u00fcl yap\u0131lar\u0131 \u00e7ok iyi bilinen DNA (deoksiribon\u00fckleik asit) zinciriyle histon denilen protein zincirinden olu\u015fur.
