Son y\u0131llarda g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisinden sonra ad\u0131ndan en fazla bahsedilen bir enerji de r\u00fczg\u00e2r enerjisidir. \u0130kinci D\u00fcnya Sava\u015f\u0131&#8217;ndan sonra ilk olarak Danimarka&#8217;da r\u00fczg\u00e2r jenaratorleri kurulmu\u015ftur. Ancak o g\u00fcnlerdeki enerji ihtiyac\u0131 fazla olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in, enerjinin daha kolay bir \u015fekilde sa\u011fland\u0131\u011f\u0131 petrol ve k\u00f6m\u00fcre tekrar d\u00f6n\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p>Devlet Meteoroloji \u0130\u015fleri Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamalara g\u00f6re, memleketimiz her ne kadar r\u00fczg\u00e2rl\u0131 ku\u015fak i\u00e7inde bulunmasa da, Ege ve Karadeniz k\u0131y\u0131lar\u0131yla \u0130\u00e7 Anadolu&#8217;nun baz\u0131 b\u00f6l\u00fcmleri bu enerji \u00e7e\u015fidinden faydalanmaya m\u00fcsaittir.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00fczg\u00e2r enerjisi, g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi gibi bitmek t\u00fckenmek bilmeyen enerjilerden biridir. Faydalanma an\u0131nda bu enerjinin \u00e7evreyi kirletmemesi en b\u00fcy\u00fck bir avantajd\u0131r. D\u00fcnyadaki &#8220;toplam enerjinin&#8221; miktar\u0131n\u0131 de\u011fi\u015ftirmemektedir. R\u00fczg\u00e2r santral\u0131n\u0131n ilk kurulu\u015f masraflar\u0131ndan ba\u015fka ve i\u015f\u00e7ilik hari\u00e7 i\u015fletme masraflar\u0131 da hemen hemen yok gibidir.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00fczg\u00e2r h\u0131z\u0131, anemometrelerle her saat ba\u015f\u0131 \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fcp de\u011ferlendirilir. Ancak bu de\u011ferlendirme bug\u00fcne kadar sadece tar\u0131m a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc i\u00e7in yery\u00fcz\u00fcne yak\u0131n mesafelerden al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Yap\u0131lan hesaplamalarda, Paris&#8217;te yerden 300 m. y\u00fckseklikteki Eyfel Kulesi \u00fczerinde r\u00fczg\u00e2r\u0131n ortalama h\u0131z\u0131 14m\/sn olarak \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Yerden 258 m. y\u00fckseklikte bulunan Nauen Kulesi&#8217;nin tepesinde ise r\u00fczg\u00e2r\u0131n h\u0131z\u0131 takriben 7 m\/sn&#8217;dir.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor ki, yerden yukar\u0131ya do\u011fru \u00e7\u0131k\u0131ld\u0131k\u00e7a r\u00fczg\u00e2r\u0131n \u015fiddeti h\u0131zla artmaktad\u0131r. Yerden 80 m. y\u00fcksekli\u011fin \u00fczerinde m\u00fcsbet netice al\u0131nabilir. Alt\u0131nda ise r\u00fczg\u00e2r\u0131n h\u0131z\u0131, y\u00f6n\u00fc ve kuvveti d\u00fczensiz olarak de\u011fi\u015fti\u011fi i\u00e7in verim azalmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00fczg\u00e2r enerjisi en yayg\u0131n bir \u015fekilde, derin kuyu pompalar\u0131ndan su \u00e7ekme ve elektrik \u00fcretme sahalar\u0131nda kullan\u0131l\u0131r. \u015eimdi s\u0131rayla bu ikisini inceleyelim:<\/p>\n<p>SU TEM\u0130N ETME<br \/>\nDerin kuyu pompalar\u0131ndan su \u00e7ekmek i\u00e7in pervanenin ana miline, krank biyel mekanizmas\u0131 ile ba\u011fl\u0131 olan bir emme basma tulumba vard\u0131r. Ana mil (pervane) takriben 60 s\/dak. h\u0131zla d\u00f6ner. Bu, ortalama devirdir. R\u00fczg\u00e2r\u0131n h\u0131zl\u0131 oldu\u011fu anda pervane daha h\u0131zl\u0131 d\u00f6nebilece\u011fi gibi, yava\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131nda da hi\u00e7 d\u00f6nmeyebilir. Ayr\u0131ca, i\u00e7me suyu temininde de kullan\u0131labilir. Memleketimizin \u00e7e\u015fitli \u00fcniversitelerinin ve akademilerinin, makina ve ziraat fak\u00fcltelerinde bu konuda ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar yap\u0131l\u0131p projenin verimli olmas\u0131na \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Bu sistem halen memleketimizde \u00e7e\u015fitli kurulu\u015flar taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131l\u0131p kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>ELEKTR\u0130K ELDE ETME<br \/>\nBu konudaki ilk \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar Danimarkal\u0131lar taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Danimarkal\u0131lar daha da ileri giderek bir asenkron generat\u00f6r yard\u0131m\u0131yla enterkonnekte sisteme enerji verebilmi\u015flerdir. Hollanda ise zaten yel de\u011firmenleriyle doludur. Almanlar\u0131n &#8220;Growian&#8221; ad\u0131n\u0131 verdikleri dev aerojenerat\u00f6r 100 m \u00e7apl\u0131 bir pervaneye sahip ve 100 m y\u00fcksekli\u011findedir. G\u00fcc\u00fc ise ancak 2-3 megawatt (MW) d\u0131r. Son zamanlarda Grovvian&#8217;\u0131 geli\u015ftirip 5 mw lik bir santral\u0131 yapmay\u0131 ba\u015farm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Fransa&#8217;daki tecr\u00fcbeler ise Almanya&#8217;dan geri kalmayacak durumdad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Amerika&#8217;da ise r\u00fczg\u00e2rdan azam\u00ee istifadeyi sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in, komp\u00fct\u00fcrlerle donat\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ve otomatik olarak kanatlar\u0131n\u0131 r\u00fczg\u00e2r y\u00f6n\u00fcne dik olarak ayarlayabilen r\u00fczg\u00e2r generat\u00f6rleri &#8220;Giromill&#8221; yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bunlar\u0131n g\u00fcc\u00fc \u015fimdilik 40 Kw&#8217;d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00fczg\u00e2r generat\u00f6rleri asenkron generat\u00f6rle elektrik \u00fcretebilece\u011fi gibi, do\u011fru ak\u0131m\u0131 \u00fcretip bunlan ak\u00fcm\u00fclat\u00f6rlerde depo edebilir ve toplanan bu enerji \u0131s\u0131tma, ayd\u0131nlatma, so\u011futma ve buna benzer ihtiya\u00e7larda kullan\u0131labilir.<\/p>\n<p>Bir aerojenerat\u00f6rden elde edilebilecek azami g\u00fc\u00e7:<br \/>\nW=2,85.10-4.V3.D2 (kilowatt) dir.<br \/>\nD= R\u00fczg\u00e2r h\u0131z\u0131 (m\/sn)<br \/>\nD= T\u00fcrbin \u00e7ark\u0131 \u00e7ap\u0131 (m)<br \/>\nV= R\u00fczg\u00e2r h\u0131z\u0131 (m\/sn) Yukar\u0131daki form\u00fcle g\u00f6re g\u00fc\u00e7, h\u0131z\u0131n k\u00fcb\u00fc ve \u00e7ark\u0131n \u00e7ap\u0131n\u0131n karesi ile artmaktad\u0131r. Yerden 80 m alt\u0131ndaki aerojeneratorlerde verim % 60, daha yukar\u0131larda ise % 65 civar\u0131ndad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Yerden 100 m y\u00fckseklikte \u00e7al\u0131\u015facak 2 kw&#8217;l\u0131k bir aerojenerat\u00f6r\u00fcn in\u015faas\u0131 bug\u00fcn i\u00e7in problem te\u015fkil etmez; ancak daha y\u00fcksek ve daha g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc santrallar kurulmas\u0131nda in\u015faat problemleri \u00e7o\u011falmakta ve titre\u015fimler ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Temennimiz, bug\u00fcn yurdumuz i\u00e7in yeni olan bu konunun gelecekte daha fazla al\u00e2ka g\u00f6r\u00fcp enerji a\u00e7\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kapatmada bir \u00e7are olarak d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclmesidir.<\/p>\n<p>Sonsuz Kudretin bazen cel\u00e2l tecellisi ile f\u0131rt\u0131nalar, hortumlar ve kas\u0131rgalar haline \u00e7evrilen r\u00fczg\u00e2r, yine O&#8217;nun rahmetiyle nebatat\u0131 telkih eder.
