H\u00fccre, doku, organ ve sistemlerin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n kontrol\u00fc ve koordinasyonlar\u0131n\u0131n sa\u011flanmas\u0131. Homeostasinin korunmas\u0131 sinir sistemi ve i\u00e7 salg\u0131 (Endocrin) sistemi ile sa\u011flan\u0131r. Bu iki sisteme denetleyici sistemlerde denir. Endocrin sistem denetimini hormon ad\u0131 verilen \u00f6zel organik maddelerle yaparlar.<br \/>\nHormonlar\u0131n genel \u00f6zellikleri:<br \/>\nHer canl\u0131n\u0131n kendisi taraf\u0131ndan olu\u015fturulur. Ancak d\u0131\u015far\u0131dan al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda da etkilidirler.<br \/>\nOrganik molek\u00fcllerdir. (Polipeptid ,amino asit, steroid, p\u00fcrin veya bunlar\u0131n t\u00fcrevleri \u015feklinde olabilirler.)<br \/>\nPolipeptid yap\u0131da olanlar sindirim enzimlerinden etkilenirler.<br \/>\n\u00c7ok az miktarlarda dahi etkilidirler. (Bu \u00f6zellikleri ile vitaminlere benzerler.)<br \/>\nAz veya \u00e7ok salg\u0131lanmalar\u0131 anormalliklere neden olur.<br \/>\n\u0130\u00e7 salg\u0131 bezleri, sinir h\u00fccreleri ve bez olmayan yap\u0131larda \u00fcretilirler.<br \/>\nEtkilerini \u00fcretildikleri yerde de\u011fil hedef yap\u0131larda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirirler. \u00d6rn:FSH hipofiz de \u00fcretilir ancak hedef yap\u0131 ovaryumdur.<br \/>\nHormonlar\u0131n etkiledikleri h\u00fccre doku organ veya sisteme hedef yap\u0131 denir.<br \/>\nBaz\u0131 hormonlar genel etkiye sahiptir. V\u00fccudun t\u00fcm\u00fc hedef yap\u0131d\u0131r. \u00d6rn:Tiroksin ,STH vb.<br \/>\nBaz\u0131 hormonlar lokal etkiye sahiptir. \u00d6zel bir doku orga veya sistemde etkili olur. \u00d6rn:Sekretin, FSH,ACTH vb.<br \/>\n\u0130\u015flevlerini yapan hormonlar h\u00fccre metabolizmas\u0131, bo\u015falt\u0131mla veya karaci\u011fer taraf\u0131ndan elemine edilirler.<br \/>\nBaz\u0131 hormonlar farkl\u0131 hedef yap\u0131larda farkl\u0131 etkilerde bulunurlar. \u00d6rn: E\u015fey hormonlar\u0131 \u00fcreme sisteminde primer etki olu\u015ftururken, iskelet,kas, deri vb. yap\u0131larda sekonder etki meydana getirir.<br \/>\nHormonlar\u0131n salg\u0131lanmas\u0131 sinir sistemi ve hipofizin denetimi alt\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015fir.<br \/>\nFarkl\u0131 hormonlar ayn\u0131 hedef yap\u0131da farkl\u0131 etkilere neden olurlar.<br \/>\nSinir h\u00fccreleri taraf\u0131ndan olu\u015fturulan hormonlara n\u00f6rohormonlar denir.<br \/>\nHormonal etki sinirsel etkiye g\u00f6re olduk\u00e7a yava\u015f ger\u00e7ekle\u015fir ancak etkisi uzun s\u00fcrer.<br \/>\nEndokrin sistem \u00fczerindeki sinirsel denetim i\u00e7 ve d\u0131\u015f uyaranlara ba\u011fl\u0131d\u0131r.<br \/>\nHormonlar\u0131n Kimyasal Yap\u0131lar\u0131:<br \/>\nProtein: B\u00fcy\u00fcme hormonu ve gonodotropinler<br \/>\nPeptidler:Oksitosin, Antidi\u00fcretik hormon, ACTH, Glukagon, \u0130ns\u00fclin<br \/>\nAmino asit ve t\u00fcrevleri:Tiroksin, Epinefrin(Adrenalin), Norepinefrin(Noradrenalin),<br \/>\nSteroidler:E\u015fey hormonlar\u0131, Minerolokortikoid (Aldosteron),Glikokortikoidler(Kortizol=Kortizon), Ekdizon<br \/>\nP\u00fcrin ve t\u00fcrevleri:Sitokinin, Zeatin<br \/>\n Hormonlar\u0131n salg\u0131lanmalar\u0131n\u0131n d\u00fczenlenmesi:<br \/>\n Organizmalarda hormonlar\u0131n belli bir d\u00fczen i\u00e7inde \u00fcretilmesi gerekir. Bu d\u00fczenleme farkl\u0131 organizmalarda farkl\u0131 \u015fekillerde ger\u00e7ekle\u015febilir. Bitkilerde hormonlar \u00e7evresel uyaranlar etkisi ile \u00fcretilir. Is\u0131, \u0131\u015f\u0131k, su vb. Dola\u015f\u0131m sistemine sahip olmayan canl\u0131larda i\u00e7 salg\u0131 sistemide yoktur. Bunlarda hormonal d\u00fczenleme sinir sistemince olu\u015fturulan hormonlarla sinir sisteminin kontrol\u00fcnde yap\u0131l\u0131r.
