Hayvanlar&yacute;n kan\u0131nda O2 ve CO2 ta\u015f\u0131y\u0131c\u0131, solunum pigmentler denilen boya maddeleri vard\u0131r. Solunum pigmentleri ortak \u00f6zellikleri 02 ile tersinir reaksiyon girebilmeleridir.<\/p>\n<p> Omurgal&yacute;larda, alyuvarlarda bulunan bu pigmentler, omurgas\u0131z hayvanlarda genellikle plazmada bulunur. Dokularda O konsantrasyonu a&yacute; oldu\ufffdundan, oksihemoglobin O2 ve hemoglobine ayr\u0131\u015f\u0131r.<br \/>\n Oksihemoglobin O2+ Hemoglobin<br \/>\n Serbest kalan 02 dif\u00fczyonla doku s\u0131v\u0131s\u0131na, oradan da h\u00fccrelere ge\u00e7er.<\/p>\n<p> C02 &#8216;nin Ta\u015f\u0131nmas\u0131:<br \/>\n Karbondioksitin \u00e7o\u011fu, bikarbonat iyonlar\u0131 (HCO3 ) halinde plazmada ta\u015f\u0131n\u0131r. Bir miktar CO2, kan plazmas\u0131nda \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcnm\u00fc\u015f halde ta\u015f\u0131n\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca hemoglobinle birle\u015fmi\u015f halde (karbomino hemoglobin) de bir miktar CO2 ta\u015f\u0131n\u0131r.<br \/>\n Solunum sonunda olu\u015fan CO2, dif\u00fczyonla doku s\u0131v\u0131s\u0131 arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile kana ge\u00e7er. Kana ge\u00e7en CO2 alyuvarlara girer. Alyuvarlarda:<br \/>\n Karbonik anhidraz<br \/>\n CO2 + H2O &#8212; H2CO3 H + HCO3<br \/>\n Karbonik Asit Bikarbonat<br \/>\n Bikarbonat iyonlar\u0131 alyuvarlardan kan plazmas\u0131na ge\u00e7er. Kan plazmas\u0131nda akci\u011ferlere kadar ta\u015f\u0131n\u0131r. Hidrojen iyonlar\u0131n\u0131 hemoglobin ba\u011flar. Bu \u015fekilde akci\u011ferlere kadar ta\u015f\u0131n\u0131rlar. Hemoglobin Hidrojen iyonlar\u0131n\u0131 b\u0131rak\u0131p O2 ile birle\u015firken, H ile HCO3 birle\u015fir.<br \/>\n HCO3 + H H2COO3 H20 + CO2 Serbest kalan CO2 alyuvarlar\u0131 ve kan\u0131 terkedip akci\u011fer alveollerine ge\u00e7er. Solunum sistemi ile dola\u015f\u0131m sisteminin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma h\u0131z\u0131 birbirine ba\u011fl\u0131d\u0131r.
