H\u00fccre zar\u0131n\u0131n i\u00e7eri do\u011fru \u00e7\u00f6kmesi ile olu\u015fan k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck cepler, daha sonra zar\u0131n kapanmas\u0131 ile i\u00e7i s\u0131v\u0131 dolu pinositotik vakuollere d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr. H\u00fccre i\u00e7indeki molek\u00fcllerin sindirlemeyen at\u0131klar\u0131, koful i\u00e7inde h\u00fccre zar\u0131na getirilip, koful zar\u0131 ve h\u00fccre zar\u0131n\u0131n birle\u015fmesi yoluyla at\u0131l\u0131r. Koful zar\u0131, birle\u015fim yerinden a\u00e7\u0131larak at\u0131k maddeleri d\u0131\u015far\u0131 atar. Hastan\u0131n ihtiyac\u0131na g\u00f6re bir veya \u00fc\u00e7 defa uygulan\u0131r.<br \/>\n Periton Diyalizi: Hastan\u0131n kar\u0131n bo\u015flu\u011funa verilen s\u0131v\u0131ya at\u0131k maddelerin ge\u00e7mesi ve daha sonra bu s\u0131v\u0131n\u0131n bo\u015falt\u0131lmas\u0131 esas\u0131na dayan\u0131r. Bu hormon hastalara cilt alt\u0131na i\u011fne ile uygulan\u0131r.<br \/>\n &#8211; B\u00f6brek yetmezli\u011finde demir tedavisi :b\u00f6brek hastalar\u0131nda kan kayb\u0131 ve k\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 kan h\u00fccrelerin artmas\u0131 ile besinlerle gerekli demirin al\u0131nmamas\u0131 sonu\u00e7unda demir eksikli\u011fi geli\u015fir. Fakat zar\u0131n porlar\u0131 glikoz molek\u00fcllerini ge\u00e7irmeyecek kadar k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fckse, bu sefer su molek\u00fclleri glikoz \u00e7\u00f6zeltisinin i\u00e7ine ge\u00e7meye ba\u015flar.
