Pek\u00e7ok dilde fazla bir \u00f6neme sahip olmamas\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131n \u0130ngilizce dilinde \u00f6nemli bir yere sahiptir. Di\u011fer dillerde pek \u00f6nemli bir ayr\u0131nt\u0131 olmamas\u0131na ra\u011fmen \u0130nglizce boyutu \u00f6nemli olan bir konudur. <\/p>\n
\u0130ngilizce\u2019 de “question tags” ler T\u00fcrk\u00e7e’de oldu\u011fu gibi yaln\u0131zca bir kelime ile yap\u0131lmamaktad\u0131r. Ancak mant\u0131\u011f\u0131 anla\u015f\u0131ld\u0131ktan sonra \u00e7ok basit bir konudur. Yani \u0130nglizce\u2019de TQ\u2019n\u0131 olu\u015ftururken herhangi bir yard\u0131mc\u0131 fiil de\u011fil de c\u00fcmlemizin tense\u2019sinin yard\u0131mc\u0131 fiilini kullan\u0131yoruz.
\nb.) TQ\u2019larda daima \u015fah\u0131s zamirleri kullan\u0131l\u0131r.

\n\u201cDon\u2019t the workers\u201d de\u011fil de \u201cdon\u2019t they\u201d yaz\u0131ld\u0131. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc TQ\u2019larda daima \u015fah\u0131s zamirleri kullan\u0131l\u0131r. Bu durumda c\u00fcmledeki \u00f6znenin zamirini tespit etmek \u00f6nem kazanmaktad\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca \u00f6znenin tekil \u2013 \u00e7o\u011ful olu\u015fu da \u00f6nemlidir.
\nEverybody was ill, weren\u2019t they? (Herkes hastayd\u0131, de\u011fil mi?)
\nEvery, no t\u00fcrevlerinde fiil tekil \u00e7ekilir. (\u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bunlar\u0131n zamirleri belgisiz zamirlerdir ve belgisiz zamirlerin fiilleri tekil \u00e7ekilir.) \nBaz\u0131 c\u00fcmlelerde olumsuzluk eki olan \u201cnot\u201d olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 halde c\u00fcmle olumsuzdur ve b\u00f6yle c\u00fcmlelerin TQ\u2019\u0131 olumlu olarak kurulur.
