Ancak bu aile, uzun y\u0131llar T\u00fcrkler aras\u0131nda bulunmu\u015f ve tam man\u00e2s\u0131yla T\u00fcrkle\u015fmi\u015fti. Sel\u00e2haddin Eyyub\u00ee, 1138\u2019de \u00e7ok say\u0131da askeri ile birlikte Musul T\u00fcrk kumandan\u0131 Zeng\u00ee bin Aksungur\u2019un hizmetine girdi. Bu durumun akabinde Sel\u00e2haddin\u2019in karde\u015fi \u015eirk\u00fbh da Zeng\u00ee\u2019nin o\u011flu Nureddin\u2019in hizmetine girdi. \u015eirk\u00fbh, bu hizmetteyken, 1169\u2019da M\u0131s\u0131r\u2019\u0131n kontrol\u00fcn\u00fc ele ge\u00e7irdi ise de, \u00e7ok ge\u00e7meden \u00f6ld\u00fc ve onun halefi olarak yerine Sel\u00e2haddin ge\u00e7ti. <\/p>\n<p>    B\u00f6ylece, h\u00e2ned\u00e2n\u0131n ger\u00e7ek kurucusu olarak ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan Sel\u00e2haddin Eyy\u00fbb\u00ee, 1171 y\u0131l\u0131nda, \u015ei\u00ee F\u00e2t\u0131m\u00ee idaresini tamam\u0131yla ortadan kald\u0131rd\u0131. 1175 y\u0131l\u0131nda ise, \u0130sm\u00e2il Zeng\u00ee ile B\u00f6ri G\u00e2zi\u2019nin kumanda etti\u011fi orduyu Kurunhama\u2019da bozguna u\u011fratt\u0131 ve Eyy\u00fbb\u00ee Devletinin temellerini att\u0131. 1176 y\u0131l\u0131nda karde\u015fi Turan \u015eahla beraber, Yemen\u2019deki Abd\u00fcn-nebi F\u0131rkas\u0131n\u0131 y\u0131kan Sel\u00e2haddin Eyy\u00fbb\u00ee, Abbas\u00ee halifesi taraf\u0131ndan Suriye, Yemen, Filistin ve Kuzey Afrika\u2019n\u0131n sultan\u0131 ilan edildi. Bu durum, ayn\u0131 zamanda, halife taraf\u0131ndan, devletinin kabul edilmesi demekti. <\/p>\n<p>    Sel\u00e2haddin Eyy\u00fbb\u00ee, ilk i\u015f olarak M\u0131s\u0131r\u2019daki F\u00e2t\u0131m\u00ee idaresinin son izlerini de ortadan kald\u0131rd\u0131. Onlar\u0131n eski topraklar\u0131 \u00fczerinde, din ve e\u011fitimde kuvvetli bir siyasetin te\u015fvik ve uygulay\u0131c\u0131s\u0131 oldu. \u015ei\u00eeli\u011fin yerine S\u00fcnn\u00ee mezhebini yaymaya ba\u015flad\u0131. Bunda ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 olan Sel\u00e2haddin, M\u0131s\u0131r ve Suriye\u2019de F\u00e2t\u0131m\u00eelerin yayd\u0131\u011f\u0131 yanl\u0131\u015f itikad\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7erek, Ehl-i s\u00fcnnet itikad\u0131n\u0131n yay\u0131lmas\u0131nda \u00f6nder oldu. Sel\u00e2haddin Eyy\u00fbb\u00ee\u2019nin takip etti\u011fi siyasetin di\u011fer bir y\u00f6n\u00fc de, Ha\u00e7l\u0131lara kar\u015f\u0131 m\u00fccadelenin ba\u015flat\u0131lmas\u0131 idi. Bilindi\u011fi gibi bu y\u00fczy\u0131lda Ha\u00e7l\u0131lar, iki defa Anadolu\u2019dan Kud\u00fcs\u2019e kadar gitmi\u015fler ve ge\u00e7tikleri yerlerde kan ve g\u00f6zya\u015f\u0131ndan ba\u015fka bir \u015fey b\u0131rakmam\u0131\u015flard\u0131. Hatt\u00e2 bu zalimler, kendi dinda\u015flar\u0131 ve \u0131rkda\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n kalplerinde bile, derin bir nefret uyand\u0131rm\u0131\u015flard\u0131. Kutsal \u015fehir Kud\u00fcs, y\u0131llard\u0131r bu zalimlerin elinde bulunmaktayd\u0131. Nitekim, Sel\u00e2haddin\u2019in Ha\u00e7l\u0131lara kar\u015f\u0131 tesirli bir \u015fekilde ba\u015flatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 cihad siyaseti, b\u00fct\u00fcn \u0130sl\u00e2m\u00ee gayret ve heyecan\u0131 onun etraf\u0131nda birle\u015ftirdi. T\u00fcrk ve Arap ordular\u0131n\u0131n ayn\u0131 gaye etraf\u0131nda toplanmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flad\u0131. <\/p>\n<p>    Toplad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu kuvvetlerle, 1187 y\u0131l\u0131nda, Ha\u00e7l\u0131lar\u0131n kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kan Sel\u00e2haddin Eyy\u00fbb\u00ee, Hattin\u2019de parlak bir zafer kazand\u0131. Peri\u015fan bir vaziyete d\u00fc\u015fen Ha\u00e7l\u0131lar\u0131n elindeki b\u00fct\u00fcn kaleler, Kud\u00fcs dahil Eyy\u00fbb\u00eelerin eline ge\u00e7ti. 89 y\u0131l d\u00fc\u015fman elinde kalan kutsal \u015fehir Kud\u00fcs\u2019\u00fcn de ele ge\u00e7irildi\u011fi bu zaferle, b\u00fct\u00fcn M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n g\u00f6n\u00fcllerinde taht kuran Sel\u00e2haddin Eyy\u00fbb\u00ee, b\u00fcy\u00fck bir \u00fcne kavu\u015ftu. Avrupa, bu hezimet kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda birbirine girdi ve \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc Ha\u00e7l\u0131 seferi i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara ba\u015flad\u0131lar. Ancak, bu yeni Ha\u00e7l\u0131 ordusu, daha Akka\u2019da iken hezimete u\u011frat\u0131ld\u0131 ve yine onlar\u0131n aleyhine olarak bir antla\u015fma imzaland\u0131. <\/p>\n<p>    Hemen hemen b\u00fct\u00fcn g\u00fcnleri harp meydanlar\u0131nda ge\u00e7en, Ortado\u011fu\u2019daki Ha\u00e7l\u0131 varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n belini k\u0131ran ve onu asla eski g\u00fcc\u00fcne kavu\u015famayaca\u011f\u0131 bir hale getiren, b\u00f6ylece Ortado\u011fu-\u0130sl\u00e2m d\u00fcnyas\u0131n\u0131n kudretini, b\u00fct\u00fcn Avrupa\u2019ya g\u00f6steren M\u00fcc\u00e2hid Sultan, 4 Mart 1193 \u00c7ar\u015famba g\u00fcn\u00fc D\u0131ma\u015fk\u2019ta (\u015eam) vefat etti. Ayn\u0131 \u015fehirde bulunan kabri, bug\u00fcn, b\u00fcy\u00fck ziyaretg\u00e2hlardand\u0131r. <\/p>\n<p>    Sel\u00e2haddin Eyy\u00fbb\u00ee, \u00f6lmeden \u00f6nce devletinin \u00e7e\u015fitli b\u00f6lgelerini o\u011fullar\u0131na \u0131kt\u00e2 olarak da\u011f\u0131tm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Bununla beraber merkez\u00ee kontrol, o\u011fullar\u0131ndan El- \u00c2dil\u2019in elindeydi. Bu sultan zaman\u0131nda, daha \u00f6nceki aktif politika terk edilerek yumu\u015fak bir siyaset izlenmeye ba\u015fland\u0131. Frenklerle bar\u0131\u015f yap\u0131larak, ili\u015fkiler, normal bir duruma getirildi. 1205 senesinde Samsat, Serve ve Ra\u2019sul-ayn\u2019\u0131n \u015fehirlerine hakim olan Melik el-Efdal, amcas\u0131 El-\u00c2dil\u2019le ili\u015fkisini keserek Anadolu Sel\u00e7uklular\u0131 Sultan\u0131 Keyh\u00fcsrev\u2019e ba\u011fland\u0131. Bu d\u00f6nemde Eyy\u00fbb\u00eeler, 1208\u2019de Ahlat\u2019\u0131, 1215 senesinde ise Yemen\u2019i hakimiyetleri alt\u0131na ald\u0131lar. Be\u015finci Ha\u00e7l\u0131 seferi s\u0131ras\u0131nda Dimyat\u2019\u0131n Ha\u00e7l\u0131lar eline ge\u00e7mesi ile \u00fcz\u00fcnt\u00fcs\u00fcnden hastalanan Sultan El-\u00c2dil, \u00e7ok ge\u00e7meden vefat etti (10 Eyl\u00fcl 1218). Yerine o\u011flu el-K\u00e2mil ge\u00e7ti. <\/p>\n<p>    El-K\u00e2mil, k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede orduyu toparlayarak, Ha\u00e7l\u0131lar\u0131 geri p\u00fcsk\u00fcrtmeye muvaffak oldu. Ancak, daha sonra, \u0130mparator \u0130kinci Frederik ile anla\u015fan El-K\u00e2mil, anla\u015f\u0131lamayan bir tutumla, Kud\u00fcs\u2019\u00fc Ha\u00e7l\u0131lara terk etti. Ayn\u0131 zamanda sultan\u0131n karde\u015fi Muazzam ile Melik E\u015fref bile, bu ittifak\u0131n i\u00e7inde yer ald\u0131. Hatt\u00e2, Melik E\u015fref, bir ordu ile sultan\u0131n kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131 ise de, aniden vefat etti\u011finden kuvvetleri da\u011f\u0131ld\u0131. <\/p>\n<p>    Eyy\u00fbb\u00ee Devleti son parlak devrini, Sultan El-K\u00e2mil ile ya\u015fad\u0131. Onun \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcyle \u00fclke par\u00e7alanmaya y\u00fcz tuttu. El-K\u00e2mil\u2019in yerine ge\u00e7en Es-S\u00e2lih zaman\u0131nda, \u00fclke bir taraftan i\u00e7 m\u00fccadelelere sahne olurken, di\u011fer yandan alt\u0131nc\u0131 Ha\u00e7l\u0131 seferi ba\u015fg\u00f6sterdi. Bu kar\u0131\u015f\u0131k vaziyete ra\u011fmen, Ha\u00e7l\u0131lara kar\u015f\u0131 ba\u015far\u0131lar kazan\u0131ld\u0131 ve Fransa Kral\u0131 St. Louis esir al\u0131nd\u0131. Sultan Es-S\u00e2lih\u2019in k\u0131sa bir s\u00fcre sonra \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc \u00fczerine, M\u0131s\u0131r Eyy\u00fbb\u00ee \u00fclkesi, 1250 y\u0131l\u0131nda, T\u00fcrk Bahri Meml\u00fbk birliklerinin eline ge\u00e7ti. <\/p>\n<p>    Halep\u2019te ise, 1236 senesinde \u00f6len El-Az\u00eez\u2019in yerine ge\u00e7en En-N\u00e2s\u0131r Y\u00fbsuf, M\u0131s\u0131r\u2019daki Sultan S\u00e2lih\u2019in \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc \u00fczerine b\u00fct\u00fcn Suriye\u2019yi ele ge\u00e7irdi. Onun Suriye \u00fczerindeki iddialar\u0131, M\u0131s\u0131r Meml\u00fbklar\u0131 ile m\u00fccadelelere sebep oldu. Bu s\u00fcrekli m\u00fccadelelere, ancak Mo\u011follar\u0131n taarruzu son verdi. Devaml\u0131 t\u00e2bi halde ya\u015fayan Hama\u2019daki \u015fube ise, varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 1342 senesine kadar s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc. Eyy\u00fbb\u00ee devlet te\u015fkil\u00e2t\u0131, di\u011fer \u0130sl\u00e2m devletlerindeki te\u015fkil\u00e2tlardan farkl\u0131 de\u011fildi. Ba\u015fta bir sultan ve onun h\u00e2ned\u00e2n\u0131, sonra, idar\u00ee ve asker\u00ee yetkiye sahip em\u00eerler, daha sonra b\u00fcrokratlar ve ilmiye s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131na mensup olanlar gelirdi. <\/p>\n<p>    Devlet i\u015flerini y\u00fcr\u00fcten \u00fc\u00e7 d\u00eev\u00e2n vard\u0131. D\u00eev\u00e2nlar aras\u0131nda en geni\u015f te\u015fkil\u00e2ta sahip olan bu d\u00eev\u00e2nd\u0131. <\/p>\n<p>    Eyy\u00fbb\u00eeler Devletinin en \u00f6nemli hedefi, Ortado\u011fu\u2019da Ha\u00e7l\u0131lar taraf\u0131ndan i\u015fgal edilen \u0130sl\u00e2m topraklar\u0131n\u0131 kurtarmakt\u0131. Bu sebepten sultan, her zaman, sava\u015fa haz\u0131r g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir orduyu beslemek zorundayd\u0131. Ordunun temelini, topra\u011fa ba\u011fl\u0131 s\u00fcvariler meydana getiriyordu. Bir\u00e7ok \u015fehirde hastaneler yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Bu hastaneler aras\u0131nda D\u0131ma\u015fk\u2019taki Nureddin ve Kahire\u2019deki Selahaddin hastaneleri, m\u00fckemmel t\u0131p merkezleriydi. Buralarda erkekler, kad\u0131nlar ve sinir hastalar\u0131 i\u00e7in ayr\u0131 k\u0131s\u0131mlar vard\u0131. Tarihte sinir ve ruh hastal\u0131klar\u0131 i\u00e7in ilk ila\u00e7lar, bu hastanelerde haz\u0131rlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Hastanelerin yan\u0131nda, kimsesiz, bak\u0131ma muhta\u00e7 \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n ve fakirlerin korunmas\u0131 i\u00e7in bir\u00e7ok bak\u0131m evleri ve misafirhaneler a\u00e7\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. <\/p>\n<p>    Eyy\u00fbb\u00eeler Devletinde, teknik ve sanat da geli\u015fmi\u015fti. D\u0131ma\u015fk ve Kahire\u2019de d\u00f6k\u00fcmhaneler ve cam imalathaneleri vard\u0131. Bu \u015fehirlerde ayr\u0131ca, su ile \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan k\u00e2\u011f\u0131t de\u011firmenleri de yer al\u0131yordu. K\u00e2\u011f\u0131t; bu\u011fday, pirin\u00e7 saplar\u0131 ve pamuktan yap\u0131l\u0131yordu. Musul kuma\u015flar\u0131, M\u0131s\u0131r pamuklular\u0131 ve Dar-ut-Tir\u00e2z\u2019da imal edilen y\u00fcnl\u00fc, ipekli ve pamuklu kuma\u015flar \u00e7ok me\u015fhurdu. Bak\u0131r i\u015flemecili\u011fi geli\u015fmi\u015fti. Bug\u00fcn, Eyy\u00fbb\u00eeler devrine ait \u015famdanlar, le\u011fen ve tabaklar \u00e7e\u015fitli \u00fclkelerin m\u00fczelerinde bulunmaktad\u0131r. Sil\u00e2h imalat\u0131 da olduk\u00e7a ileri seviyede idi. Bilhassa D\u0131ma\u015fk\u2019\u0131n me\u015fhur \u00e7elik k\u0131l\u0131\u00e7lar\u0131 \u00e7ok \u00fcnl\u00fcyd\u00fc. <\/p>\n<p>    Eyy\u00fbb\u00eeler devri, ilm\u00ee hayat bak\u0131m\u0131ndan \u0130sl\u00e2m tarihinin en canl\u0131 ve hareketli d\u00f6nemlerinden biriydi. Bozuk itikadlara kar\u015f\u0131, Ehl-i s\u00fcnnet itikad\u0131n\u0131 yaymak gayesiyle, Kahire ve D\u0131ma\u015fk\u2019ta bir\u00e7ok medreseler a\u00e7\u0131ld\u0131. Burada tefsir, hadis, f\u0131k\u0131h ilimleri yan\u0131nda, fen ilimleri de \u00f6\u011fretiliyordu. Ayr\u0131ca Kur\u2019\u00e2n ilimlerini \u00f6\u011fretmek i\u00e7in D\u00e2r-ul-Kurr\u00e2lar, had\u00ees ilimlerini \u00f6\u011fretmek i\u00e7in D\u00e2r-ul-Had\u00eesler ve fen ilimlerini \u00f6\u011fretmek i\u00e7in D\u00e2r-\u00fcl-Hendeseler a\u00e7\u0131ld\u0131. Medreselerin yan\u0131nda camiler de \u00f6nemli ilim merkezleriydi. Camilerde \u00e7e\u015fitli ilimlerin okutuldu\u011fu halkalar ve k\u00f6\u015feler vard\u0131. <\/p>\n<p>    Tarihte \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bir rol oynayan Eyy\u00fbb\u00eeler, B\u00fcy\u00fck Sel\u00e7uklu Devleti&#8217;nin geleneklerini yeniden kurarken, \u015ei\u00ee F\u00e2t\u0131m\u00ee Devletine en b\u00fcy\u00fck darbeyi vurmu\u015f ve \u0130sl\u00e2m&#8217;\u0131n yeniden ihyas\u0131na canla ba\u015fla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Ha\u00e7l\u0131lara kar\u015f\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck bir devlet ve g\u00fc\u00e7 meydana getirmi\u015fler, nitekim ge\u00e7ici bir zaman i\u00e7in de olsa Kud\u00fcs\u2019\u00fc ele ge\u00e7irebilmi\u015flerdir.
