Bakteri, vir\u00fcs, mantar ve benzeri mikroorganizmalar\u0131n bu t\u00fcr sistemlerde \u00fcremesi ve geli\u015fmesi, so\u011futma, \u0131s\u0131tma ve havaland\u0131rma yap\u0131lan mek\u00e2nlarda bulunan insanlar i\u00e7in \u00e7e\u015fitli rahats\u0131zl\u0131klar\u0131n kayna\u011f\u0131n\u0131 te\u015fkil eder. \u00d6rnek olarak; Legionella Pneumophilia olarak adland\u0131r\u0131lan mikroorganizman\u0131n, bu t\u00fcr ortamlarda bulunabildi\u011fi saptanm\u0131\u015f ve insanlar \u00fczerinde yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131k problemi \u201cLejyoner Hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131\u201d olarak literat\u00fcre ge\u00e7mi\u015ftir.
