Yani \u00e7\u00f6zelti bir baz \u00e7\u00f6zeltisidir.\u00c7\u00f6zeltinin rengi k\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 olursa bu \u00e7\u00f6zelti bir asit \u00e7\u00f6zeltisidir. Asit \u00c7\u00f6zeltilerinin Haz\u0131rlan\u0131\u015f\u0131 a)\u00d6\u011fretmeninizin haz\u0131rlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 0,1 M HCI \u00e7\u00f6zeltisinden deney t\u00fcp\u00fcn\u00fcze 10 ml koyun.Etiketine [H3O+]=0,1 M yaz\u0131n. b)1,0 ml HcI \u00e7\u00f6zeltisini ,9 ml dam\u0131t\u0131k su ile 10 ml\u2019ye tamamlayarak 10 kez seyreltin.B\u00f6ylece haz\u0131rlad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z \u00e7\u00f6zeltinin etiketine [H3O+] =10\u20142M yaz\u0131n. c) b ad\u0131m\u0131nda haz\u0131rlad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z \u00e7\u00f6zeltiden 1ml alarak , bunu 9 ml dam\u0131t\u0131k su ile 10 ml\u2019ye seyrelterek 0,001 M HCI \u00e7\u00f6zeltisi haz\u0131rlay\u0131n. Etiketine [H3O+]= 10-3 M yaz\u0131n. d) c ad\u0131m\u0131nda haz\u0131rlad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z 10-3 M HCI \u00e7\u00f6zeltisinden 1 ml olarak , bunu da 9 ml dam\u0131t\u0131k su ile seyreltin .B\u00f6ylece haz\u0131rlad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z 0,0001 M HcI \u00c7\u00f6zeltisinin etiketine [H3O+]=10\u20144M yaz\u0131n . e)haz\u0131rlad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z bu \u00e7\u00f6zeltilerinin yar\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 di\u011fer t\u00fcplere bo\u015falt\u0131n ve ayni \u015fekilde etiketleyin.B\u00f6ylece iki s\u0131ra belli deri\u015fimde \u00e7\u00f6zelti elde etmi\u015f olursunuz. Baz \u00c7\u00f6zeltilerinin Haz\u0131rlan\u0131\u015f\u0131 Burada 0,1 M HCI yerine 0,1 M NaOH kullanacaks\u0131n\u0131z.Asit \u00c7\u00f6zeltileri Haz\u0131rlan\u0131rken izledi\u011finiz a, b, c, d ad\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 aynen tekrarlay\u0131n. Bu kez t\u00fcplerin etiketine [OH-] deri\u015fimini yaz\u0131n.i haz\u0131rlad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z belli Deri\u015fimdeki baz \u00e7\u00f6zeltilerini ikiye b\u00f6l\u00fcn. 1. \u0130ndikat\u00f6rlerin Tan\u0131nmas\u0131 Asitler i\u00e7in haz\u0131rlad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z \u00e7\u00f6zeltilerden ,birinci s\u0131radaki d\u00f6rt t\u00fcp\u00fcn her birine , bir damla metil-oranj \u00e7\u00f6zeltisi ekleyin. Her t\u00fcpteki [H3O+]\u2019ne kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k gelen renkleri yazmak i\u00e7in bir cetvel yap\u0131n.\u0130kinci s\u0131radaki t\u00fcpleri ki\u015fim 2 ve 3\u2019de kullanmak i\u00e7in saklay\u0131n. Bu kez bazlar i\u00e7in haz\u0131rlad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z \u00e7\u00f6zeltilerden birinci s\u0131radaki d\u00f6rt t\u00fcp\u00fcn her birine , birer damla indigo-karmen \u00e7\u00f6zeltisi , ikinci s\u0131radaki d\u00f6rt t\u00fcp\u00fcn her birine birer damla alizarin sarisi \u00e7\u00f6zeltisi damlat\u0131n . Asit \u00c7\u00f6zeltisinde [H3O+] Saptanmas\u0131 a) \u00d6\u011fretmeninizin verece\u011fi [H3O+] bilinmeyen \u00c7\u00f6zeltiden 5ml kadar\u0131n\u0131 bir t\u00fcp\u00fcne koyun ,turnosal ka\u011f\u0131d\u0131 ile deneyerek , \u00e7\u00f6zeltinin [H3O+]2 nin 10\u20147 M\u2019dan b\u00fcy\u00fck yada k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck oldu\u011funu saptay\u0131n. b)\u0130ki k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck deney t\u00fcp\u00fcne iki\u015fer ml [H3O+]\u2019i bilinmeyen \u00e7\u00f6zeltiden koyun.\u00c7\u00f6zelti asitli ise t\u00fcplerden birisine bir damla metil oranj \u00e7\u00f6zeltisi koyun. \u00c7\u00f6zelti baz b\u00f6lgesinde ise t\u00fcplerden birine indigo-karmen, di\u011ferine alizarin sarisi \u00e7\u00f6zeltisi katin. 3. Zay\u0131f Bir Asit \u00c7\u00f6zeltisinde [H3O+] saptanmas\u0131 \u0130ki k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck deney t\u00fcp\u00fcne iki\u015fer ml asetik asit \u00e7\u00f6zeltisi koyun .\u00c7\u00f6zeltinin [H3O+]\u2019ni 2.\u2019deki yolla saptay\u0131n. Yukar\u0131daki deneyde \u00e7e\u015fitli derisizlerde HCI ve belli bir Deri\u015fimdeki CH3COOH \u00e7\u00f6zeltilerinin H3O+(suda) derisizlerini buldunuz .Kuvvetli bir elektrolit olan HCI suda tamamen iyonlar\u0131na ayr\u0131\u015f\u0131r. Ayr\u0131lan iyonlardan biri H3O+ (suda)\u2019d\u0131r. An\u0131msayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131z gibi asetik asit zay\u0131f bir elektrolittir.Kuvvetli elektrolit olan asitlere kuvvetli asitler denir.
