O da, aziz ceddi Seyyid&#8217;\u00fc\u015f-\u015e\u00fcheda (as) gibi&#8230; <strong><em>A\u015fura K\u0131yam\u0131&#8217;<\/em><\/strong>n\u0131n<em> <\/em>asr\u0131m\u0131zdaki benzerini v\u00fcc\u00fbda getirmeli, bunun i\u00e7in de m\u00fcessir olacak faaliyetlere girmeli ve gerekli olan g\u00fc\u00e7leri harekete ge\u00e7irmeli idi&#8230; Nitekim, <strong><em>Mekteb-i Kur&#8217;an\u00ee <\/em><\/strong>ve <strong><em>Nebevi<\/em><\/strong>nin<em> <\/em>muktaziyat\u0131 olan bu \u0130l\u00e2h\u00ee <strong><em>k\u0131yam <\/em><\/strong>me\u015falesi, beklenildi\u011fi vechiyle \u0130mam Humeyn\u00ee (ra) taraf\u0131ndan tutu\u015fturularak (gelecek t\u00fcm as\u0131rlar\u0131 ayd\u0131nlatacak olan) <strong><em>\u0130slam \u0130nk\u0131lab\u0131&#8217;<\/em><\/strong>na<strong><em> <\/em><\/strong>gidi\u015f yolunun kap\u0131s\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, b\u00f6ylece; <strong><em>yeni bir \u00e7a\u011f, \u0130slam \u00c7a\u011f\u0131 <\/em><\/strong>ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Kur&#8217;an mektebinin gere\u011fi olarak, \u0130mam Humeyn\u00ee \u00f6nce; <strong><em>Velayet-i Fakih <\/em><\/strong>konusunu (sadece) g\u00fcndeme getirip, tart\u0131\u015fmaya a\u00e7\u0131yor.<a href=\"#_ftn1\">[1]<\/a>;.. sonra, mevcut ta\u011fut\u00ee rejimin zul\u00fcm ve fesad\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nlenmesi amac\u0131yla, ge\u00e7ici bir s\u00fcre i\u00e7in <strong><em>m\u00fc\u00e7tehidlerin velayeti <\/em><\/strong>alt\u0131nda olacak (k\u0131smen de olsa) <strong><em>adil bir sultan<\/em><\/strong>\u0131n<strong><em> <\/em><\/strong>(\u015fah\u0131n) ta&#8217;yin edilebilece\u011fini \u00f6ne s\u00fcr\u00fcyor.<a href=\"#_ftn2\">[2]<\/a>;.. Ondan sonra da, <em>\u015fahl\u0131\u011f\u0131n <\/em>olmayaca\u011f\u0131, tamamen <strong><em>\u0130slam\u00ee <\/em><\/strong>ve<strong> <em>adil bir h\u00fck\u00fcmetin <\/em><\/strong>gereklili\u011fini savunuyor.<a href=\"#_ftn3\">[3]<\/a>; Bil\u00e2hare ise; devletin ve h\u00fck\u00fcmetin, do\u011frudan do\u011fruya <strong><em>Velayet-i Fakih&#8217;<\/em><\/strong>in<em> <\/em>elinde ve idaresinde olmas\u0131n\u0131n gereklili\u011fini -m\u00fcdellel bir \u015fekilde- isbatl\u0131yor.<a href=\"#_ftn4\">[4]<\/a> (Ki; bu \u0130slam\u00ee ve Kur&#8217;an\u00ee <strong><em>tezini,<\/em><\/strong><em> <\/em>daha sonralar\u0131 s\u00fcrg\u00fcnde bulundu\u011fu <strong><em>Necef-i E\u015fref\u2019<\/em><\/strong>te<strong><em>,<\/em><\/strong><em> <\/em>periyodik dersler halinde \u00e7ok g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc ve y\u0131k\u0131lmaz \u0130slam\u00ee-Kur&#8217;an\u00ee \u00e7er\u00e7eveye ve temellere -kesinkes- oturtuyor.<a href=\"#_ftn5\">[5]<\/a>)<\/p>\n<p>\u0130\u015fte;., planlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve programa ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 <strong><em>m\u00fcstakbel <\/em><\/strong>\u0130slam Devleti&#8217;nin ilm\u00ee-nazar\u00ee ve i\u00e7tima\u00ee altyap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 haz\u0131rlay\u0131p, ta\u011fut\u00ee rejimin y\u0131k\u0131lmas\u0131ndan sonra, y\u00f6netimin <strong><em>bo\u015flukta <\/em><\/strong>kalmamas\u0131, yahut ba\u015fka <strong><em>bat\u0131l <\/em><\/strong>ak\u0131mlar\u0131n ellerine ge\u00e7memesi hususunda <strong><em>m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olan <\/em><\/strong>tedbirleri ikm\u00e2l ile birlikte, ta\u011fut\u00ee-\u015fahl\u0131\u011fa kar\u015f\u0131 <strong><em>k\u0131yam\u00ee <\/em><\/strong>programlar\u0131n\u0131 a\u015fama a\u015fama ve tedricen uygulamaya koyan <strong><em>\u0130mam <\/em><\/strong><strong><em>Humeyn\u00ee <\/em><\/strong>(ra), bu hususta <strong><em>yaln\u0131z <\/em><\/strong>kalmamaya, en az\u0131ndan \u00f6yle bir imaj ve intiba b\u0131rakmamaya dikkat etmi\u015f, hep <strong><em>ulema ad\u0131na <\/em><\/strong>ve o \u00fcnvanla, hem de <strong><em>halkla beraber <\/em><\/strong>olarak hareket etmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.
