K\u00fctlece d\u00fcnyaya yak\u0131n bir b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fcktedir. Ve kendisine ait bir atmosfere sahiptir. G\u00fcn do\u011fumunda ve g\u00fcn bat\u0131m\u0131nda g\u00fcne\u015fe yak\u0131n olarak, d\u00fcnyadan \u00e7\u0131plak g\u00f6zle rahatl\u0131kla g\u00f6r\u00fclebilir (Halk taraf\u0131ndan \u00c7oban Y\u0131ld\u0131z\u0131 olarak ta bilinir). G\u00fcne\u015f ve aydan sonraki en parlak g\u00f6k cismidir. Ven\u00fcs&#8217;\u00fcn di\u011fer gezegenlerden farkl\u0131 ve ilgin\u00e7 yanlar\u0131 vard\u0131r, bunlardan en ilginci 1 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n 1 g\u00fcn\u00fcnden daha uzun olmas\u0131d\u0131r. Yani g\u00fcne\u015f etraf\u0131ndaki d\u00f6nme h\u0131z\u0131 kendi ekseni etraf\u0131ndaki d\u00f6nme h\u0131z\u0131ndan daha fazlad\u0131r. G\u00fcne\u015f etraf\u0131ndaki d\u00f6nme s\u00fcresi 224 g\u00fcn, kendi ekseni etraf\u0131nda d\u00f6nme s\u00fcresi ise 243 g\u00fcnd\u00fcr. Ayr\u0131ca Ven\u00fcs di\u011fer gezegenlerin tam tersi y\u00f6nde d\u00f6nmektedir. Di\u011fer gezegenlerin hepsi saat y\u00f6n\u00fcnde d\u00f6nerken Ven\u00fcs saatin tersi y\u00f6n\u00fcnde ve \u00e7ok yava\u015f bir \u015fekilde d\u00f6nmektedir. Bu farkl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131n nedeni hala anla\u015f\u0131labilmi\u015f de\u011fildir. \u00c7\u0131plak g\u00f6zle \u00e7ok rahat g\u00f6r\u00fcle bildi\u011fi halde en iyi teleskopla bile y\u00fczeyi incelenemez. Bunun nedeni \u00e7ok yo\u011fun bir atmosfere sahip olmas\u0131d\u0131r. %93 oran\u0131nda CO2 (karbon di oksit) ve %2 oran\u0131nda N2 (azot) ile az miktarda de\u011fi\u015fik gazlardan olu\u015fmu\u015f olan atmosfer g\u00fcne\u015ften gelen \u0131\u015f\u0131nlar\u0131 bir ayna gibi geri yans\u0131t\u0131r. Bu olay gezegene m\u00fcthi\u015f bir parlakl\u0131k kazand\u0131r\u0131rken, y\u00fczeyinin incelenmesini zorla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131r. <\/p>\n<p>       Ven\u00fcs&#8217;\u00fcn yo\u011fun atmosferi nedeni ile bas\u0131nc\u0131da \u00e7ok y\u00fcksektir. Yakla\u015f\u0131k olarak d\u00fcnyadakinden 100 kat daha fazla bas\u0131nca sahiptir. Atmosfer yo\u011funlu\u011fu ise d\u00fcnyadakinin 70 kat\u0131 kadard\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca atmosferinde azda olsa yer alan H2SO4 ve HCL gibi asitler ya\u011fmur \u015feklinde gezegen \u00fczerine ya\u011fmaktad\u0131r. Bu nedenle d\u00fcnya \u00fczerindeki hi\u00e7bir canl\u0131n\u0131n bu gezegende ya\u015fayabilmesi m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir. Ven\u00fcs g\u00fcne\u015fe yak\u0131nl\u0131k a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan Merk\u00fcr&#8217;den daha uzak olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 daha y\u00fcksektir. Bunun nedeni atmosferinin olmas\u0131d\u0131r. Bu yo\u011fun atmosfer g\u00fcne\u015ften gelen \u0131\u015f\u0131nlar\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc geri yans\u0131tsa da k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131 i\u00e7eri al\u0131r ve d\u0131\u015far\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131na izin vermez bu da sera etkisi yaparak gezegenin g\u00fcnden g\u00fcne \u0131s\u0131nmas\u0131na neden olmaktad\u0131r. Gezegenin \u015fu anki s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n  325 C\u00b0 &#8216;nin \u00fczerinde oldu\u011fu tahmin edilmektedir.  <\/p>\n<p>    Ven\u00fcs y\u00fczeyi hakk\u0131nda Amerikan Mariner ve Rus Venera sondalar\u0131 inceleme ama\u00e7l\u0131 kullan\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ve k\u0131z\u0131l  \u00f6tesi de olsa y\u00fczey resimleri \u00e7ekilmi\u015ftir. Bu resimlerden Ven\u00fcs y\u00fczeyinin d\u00fcz ovalar,vadiler ve derinolmayan kraterlerle kapl\u0131 oldu\u011fu anla\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.
